I was greeted with a good morning upon my arrival and quickly knew I was in good hands as Matt was very eager to help. I had some issues sending them a document and Matt was able to come to the rescue! I will continue to use that store and mat is definitely a value added to your UPS store and your value company. “I stop by the UPS Store in Seekonk frequently to handle my Amazon returns, and the experience is always excellent.
The store manager is fantastic—always friendly and happy to help me get in and out quickly. I also really appreciate the self-service ship station in the store. It makes processing Amazon returns and scanning in prepaid labels incredibly fast and convenient if I want to do it myself.
It’s a well-run spot that makes shipping easy. I highly recommend this location!”

“Had great experience with the Printing department at Staples in Providence RI. They made infomal recommendations regarding the types of applications needed to format the document. At the store, the associate was very patient. She printed out the program on two types of paper and worked with us to correct a photo that was distorted. Fast turnaround for printing job with fold in it.”
“The staff for Prints were amazing - helpful, patient, and efficient. I spoke on the phone with staff and they assisted me with emailing them the prints, making for a seamless transaction. The prints came out promptly with great quality. Definitely recommend.”

Although I didn't have all that we necessary information to complete my transaction, he wrote the instructions down and guided me through the process to assist me in gathering the items I would need to complete the transaction. I was so nervous. Yet, he made me feel comfortable and I left the store confident that I could get what I needed. Thank you Cordell. You're assistance turned a chaotic transaction into an easy fix.”

“Here to offset some of the negative reviews based on my experience yesterday. Went to the store, found a bunch of vinyl that was really reasonably priced. There was some stuff that was overpriced in my opinion, but the reasonably priced stuff more than made up for the overpriced stuff. When I got the albums home I found a couple that had some scuffs, and the owner said just bring them back and I could swap them out with some others that were there (there were doubles in store). This is my kind of place for buying old classic rock records. Bins full of cool stuff, some in great shape and some not so much. So go and hunt for the good stuff, it's like going to a yard sale. But the prices and service was solid overall and the owner was very understanding.”
“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”

He picked it up right away the last 2 numbers were switched. Right away he showed me the error, looked it up and corrected the error and it would be delivered the next day.
