“I stop by the UPS Store in Seekonk frequently to handle my Amazon returns, and the experience is always excellent.
The store manager is fantastic—always friendly and happy to help me get in and out quickly. I also really appreciate the self-service ship station in the store. It makes processing Amazon returns and scanning in prepaid labels incredibly fast and convenient if I want to do it myself.

“Had great experience with the Printing department at Staples in Providence RI. They made infomal recommendations regarding the types of applications needed to format the document. At the store, the associate was very patient. She printed out the program on two types of paper and worked with us to correct a photo that was distorted. Fast turnaround for printing job with fold in it.”

Although I didn't have all that we necessary information to complete my transaction, he wrote the instructions down and guided me through the process to assist me in gathering the items I would need to complete the transaction. “Whoever was answering the front desk phones today (3/4) in the Swansea MA post office is an amazing human being! I accidentally put in the wrong address to ship two items and didn’t realize it until they were almost being delivered!
I called and not only was he extremely polite but he took down my information and helped me with the problem! One of the packages already arrived no problem! Thank you so much!
USPS has been under so much pressure and I’m sure they deal with rude phone calls and problems all day... but despite that this person still helped me solve a problem very important to me in such a kind manor and I am so thankful!

“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”

He picked it up right away the last 2 numbers were switched. Right away he showed me the error, looked it up and corrected the error and it would be delivered the next day. “I think the Postal Service industry as a whole is in a shambles... People don't respect the Pen now that everything's a click away and it's truly a shame...You couldn't pay me to put mail into the 5 mailboxes in RI.
That being said, I've lived at the same address for 8 years and the N Prov/Johnston customer service In Person, is a customer service nightmare. Don't bother asking or waiting for the Postmaster to call...He didn't but I did have to drive to Johnston to pick up my mail ~ Maybe she just enjoyed seeing my face??
I have recently begun coming to the North Station on Smith St. There's a customer service agent here who is not only great at but seems to actually like her job... Amazing!! And I fell in love with the "Tree of the Month", It's Christmas collides with the 4th of July ❤️”
“It's a great little neighborhood post office. The staff is courteous and professional, but occasionally, the wait is a bit long. But, no longer than most Post Offices. Parking is limited to the street, but normally it's a quick in and out.”
