“i’m mad i haven’t been here sooner what is this cute little gem with amazing high quality ingredients!!! i came to find flat wife skewers for persian kebab and they had sold out so they offered to sell me a few of the ones they have in their kitchen since i really needed them the next day. price was awesome too. i got cracked olives that taste like home and big serving plates for fattet hummus and their bread is so freaking fluffy and fresh. the staff was so pleasant and the decor is immaculate. wish they were in providence so i could go more often but ill make my way back again im sure.”
“Prices are a little high and the aisles are a little narrow and they don't sell cereal in the big big box versions. Getting in or out can be a nightmare if you need to cross Warwick Ave or Airport Rd. But overall I like this store.”
“Never fails to have great meats and produce . Love the different types of pastas and sauces. Best Butterball Hams at Christmas. Carves the bone out for easy slicing,but returns it for cooking so meat stays moist. Lovely people work there behind the meat counter and the resister. Want something and can't find it, ask! Been there forever, and I for one am glad to shop there.”
“A few weeks ago, I went to pick up a curbside order. Half my order was missing. Didn't realize until after I got home. So I went back to Shaw's to get the rest of my order. A lovely young lady in the curbside pickup department was most helpful. Very polite and welcoming. One of my favorite places to shop (unlike the one up the road). Thank you for your service! As a man who works over 60 hours a week, curbside pickup saves me so much time. So far, never had any issues with the quality of the products I've purchased. Great place to shop!”

“Sad to see this store closing. This was one store to find some of the best and sweetest fruits. Also they had items for people requiring Kosher and Halal. No other retailers in the area sell those. Not even the relatively new Market Basket. For that reason, I will still stick to Pricerite even though Cranston is the next closest.The employees who worked here were also super nice. Always helpful.”
“I have been doing my grocery from this location for the last 3yrs. What I really like is the convenience. You can place an order online for pickup on the same day and they don't charge you arms and legs for that (like some other surrounding grocery stores). Also, they deliver at home. So if you have heavy stuff and/or stay in 3rd floor without elevator, that's a great option to have! They always find reasonable alternatives for out of stock items, which I appreciate. My only complaint with this place has been about missing an item or two for online purchases; specifically if those are replacements for out of stock items. So you would always need to review the items with the purchase invoice, once collected. But I must also add that they are incredibly nice to always offer a refund or immediate replacement for such items, once you call them. I experimented with some other nearby grocery stores and came back to Stop & Shop Warwick. Overall, great!”

“I've been filling prescriptions here for about 3 years now. Pharmacy staff are always friendly, and service is quick. They are definitely doing a better job than my local CVS, which typically has longer wait times for prescription filling and the pickup line. They have provided me with all the same services. One tech even says hi to me each time I am in the store just shopping. A big thank you to this location.”

“The store is under new management. So far so good. The new owner is actually taking the time to redo the store and put in new products. (Currently under construction but still open!) Same employees work there which is fantastic. Everytime I go inside they know what kind of cigarettes I smoke and always has them ready. There very polite, friendly, and TRUSTWORTHLY!! There's to many crooks on this street but this store has been honest since day one. I highly recommend this store.”

“The reason I am giving this a five is for one reason only and one person only. Her name is Roseanne. She is incredibly sensitive and extremely helpful to senior citizens which other staff members don’t have much patience with She is definitely a credit to this store. I go there just about weekly and I’m hoping I see her every time because if I run into trouble, she is always there to give me a helping hand”
“I stopped into Walmart at the RI Mall in Warwick, RI last minute to grab a few things… 30–40 items and nearly $400 later, I ended up at the only open register with Russell—an absolute gentleman and true gem.
I work with the public across RI as a Realtor so I get how tough overwhelming customer service can be. Tonight, I was *that* customer: unprepared and, honestly, almost disrespectfully in line with no wallet, planning to use Walmart Pay… with a partially dead phone.
Russell rang everything up and stayed calm and professional even when my phone died while scanning the QR code .
I had to leave, charge my phone, and return yet he welcomed us back, helped with the QR code, and never made us feel like a bother—even though I totally was.
Russell, thank you for your kindness and grace. You turned an awkward moment into a reminder of what real customer service looks like.”
“This 5 star rating is reflective of the awesome customer service, not so much about the store itself, which is pretty typical of stores of this genre, with limited selection and crowded, cluttered aisles.
My wife, who just started Doordashing, and I, stopped here to fulfil a Doordash shopping order, with a list of about 10 items. Not knowing the store layout, we were flustered, until an employee named Annette stepped in and saved the day. She literally helped us find every item we could not find on our own, leading us right to it, and pointing it out or grabbing it for us. Customer service like this is extremely rare these days.”
“These past few months i been going to this market. I just moved to this state. This lady either she is at customer service or at registered she is aways pleasant and sweetie . willing to help and never seems upset like a few of them. Today she was at register four her name is nicole and again love going to her very pleasant .”
