“If I could give this place more stars I would. This is definitely the place to buy your shoes. The owner is super friendly and you can tell he loves helping his customers don’t look anywhere else I definitely found my shoe shop for sure.”
“After a nice phone call, I will tell you that the person I dealt with originally was not the actual manager. Just a person that worked there they claim to be.
The actual manager has been helping me for years, and I really appreciated all her kindness over the years.
Once she found out about my experience, they reached out to me directly to straighten things out immediately.
That is true customer service.
Thank you”
“I meant to leave this review sooner but I bought a pair of boots from Westley at Red Wings in West Warwick about 4-5 months ago and the experience has still left me wonderfully impressed. I don't know if I've ever had a better shopping experience in my life, I'm 100% serious, he was that good. From knowledge, friendliness, and recommendations, it was truly a refreshing experience. I highly recommend this location and requesting to work with Westley. You will not be disappointed. This was my first time buying shoes from Red Wings, but they certainly have won a customer for life!”
“I just move from New York City and I was looking for a sneaker store that me and my wife could buy freash shoes and I fund this mom and pop store Great Customer Service! Will be back for sure if u buy more than ones pair they will look out on the price and taxes”
“I am not your typical scrub customer (I am a dog groomer) and was looking for specific material that was water resistant/quick dry and easy to clean. Suli and other the staff were above and beyond helpful finding the right tops, pants and shoes that were ideal for me in my profession. Excellent customer service!”
“I want to thank Heidi and Linda for being so helpful with my daughter. They took the time to make sure she found the right size, and their patience and kindness made the whole process so much easier. We truly appreciate the care and attention they gave—excellent customer service!”
“Great for sneaker and sports wear. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of styles they don't have at Footlocker or Olympia. It would be nice if they carried cleats. Parking sucks, but it's worth the trip for both kids and adults with some sport fashion sense and flava!!”
“Obviously shoes from an actual shoe store are going to be more expensive than Walmart, but they have a great selection and good deals. Worth checking out esp for back to school shopping”
“I needed new slide on sandals and I wanted to get Skechers . I figured I’d try the Warwick location again to see if I found anything. I had visited there earlier this year and was not impressed. No one helped me. I was there for 20 minutes. Everyone was standing around talking. I did end up getting slide in sneakers at another retail store, but this time was really different. I walked in the door, not one minute later Pam an associate greeted me and asked me if I needed any help and I said thank you very much. You have been installed Customer Service back in the store. She was very friendly and I walked out with a sale buy one get one half off and a five dollar off rewards my sale thank you again Pam I will visit again.”

“Awesome customer service!! I'm reaching boomer territory so walking into a store being run by a bunch of youngsters is always a roll of the dice, but damn, they were so good. Very attentive and resolved an issue I had with a pair of birks. Will return for future purchases.”
“I went to Tillys for some last minute shopping 12/20/22 a little after noon. The staff was super friendly, super helpful. The you guy work in the back of the store asked all the right questions to help. One employee even went to check in the back for the size I needed. I noticed an employee greeted everyone who came in if they weren't helping someone.”

“Went to the Warwick Mall for back to school shopping and Off Broadway Shoes had the best deals. BOGO on shoes, Clearance an extra 20% off and even backpacks and socks were on sale. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I can always find the sizes I need for my kids. Thank you Kaylyn and Kara for ordering my shoes and them being here in time for school to start! They both were super nice. Will definitely be back to see them for future help!”
“A great place to purchase clothing for jobs in construction, nursing, outdoors, etc. While it looks like a small store from the exterior (buried in the back of an older shopping center), it's larger than it appears. A really good selection for decent prices.”
“A BIG DSW location! Just got an incredible deal on Sorel boots that made me sooo happy. The sales person that helped us on the floor and checked us out was very helpful in finding what we needed and making sure we got the 30% VIP sale.”
“Recently visited this Finish Line Macy’s location and the customer service was exceptional. The workers greeted me immediately, asked what I was looking for and provided several helpful recommendations for running + lifting sneakers for the gym. They also explained that they are unable to take Finish Line retail returns so I was aware after I created a rewards account there. I liked how they weren’t pushy and were willing to help me the whole time”
“This is a very complete shoe store. They have a large selection of brands, colors and sizes and if you don't see something you want, they can help you get it online. I found a pair of sneakers that my nephew wanted and I got the size he needed. Foot Locker is headquarters in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, and operates in 28 countries. “I went in to buy baby clothes for my grandaughter, I found 5 beautiful outfits for her 3 to 6 months old, was so happy I found excellent choices, and 2 ties for my son law , very happy to have found what I needed. Nordstrom never fails me”
“This is where you find customer service and caring that’s no longer so common!I needed a gift for someone I didn’t know, to be delivered by a charity. Went in and when I mentioned it was for charity, the owner asked me to pick an envelope from a basket, which would contain a discount. He also helped me box the items up, since I was late delivering a wrapped gift. Top notch service!”
