“Couch Lou was excellent in terms of communication, before and during my session, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed with my first class. Emerge provides a clean, friendly and well equipped atmosphere. Emerge also has smart bag technology with the associated app so you can monitor your progress from the gym and from home. The gym is conveniently located off of Main Street with plenty of available parking. You are able to start with a 1 week free trial but I will DEFINITELY be continuing to train there!”

“Nice courts with lights, but they didn't space the light poles propely. You could really get hurt if you are pulled out wide on a serve. Or even in doubles hitting in the alley. Very dangerous!”
