“Love this ZAGG kiosk. I go there every time I need a new glass screen protector. I don’t trust any other brand. The people who work there are so nice and really care about getting the glass protector on my screen perfectly. They also never push me to upgrade to a more expensive protector than I want and are great about giving me discounts as a returning customer. Will stay loyal to these guys.”

“I Spoke to a front desk employee Sid, I needed to transfer my eSIM and into my other phone and my phone was fully dead. It wasn’t charging and I was stressing and my phone was not charging and he went to go fix it and he went to go take out gunk out of my phone and he put it to charge and then it finally worked and then I was in shock and so amazed and so happy and relieved because he fixed it because I thought I had to transfer the icloud data to the other phone still, but it wouldn’t be able to because the phone would need to at least have 60% charge these guys are the best they are amazing at what they do, ima be back for sure if i ever need anything done from them🙌🙏‼Jesus bless them ❤”

“OK, so my iPhone the screen cracked went back to replace it spent $126 and now my phone is saying the screen is on recognized. They should know better that they have to use iPhone parts for an iPhone 15 and older and now I’m at the mall waiting for them to open up and they’re late.
So I went back to the mall and I talked to the owner Mike he was very very nice and he fixed my phone costed me another hundred dollars but now my Phone is great and he told me why he was late and I sympathize with him and everything is great. I will go back again. This just goes to show you that just by looking at somebody you don’t know what they’re going through so just have patience. I am trying to learn to.”

I came here, hoping that I could buy a new phone not knowing what to expect and to my delightful surprise he was able to get me a iPhone 17 for $69. I wish I was lying because it sounds dramatic, but I’m using this to write the review before I leave the store.
He was also able to transfer over everything and under 20 minutes. Highly recommend thank you so much!”
“Saw ads for 5g internet and was wary and skeptical. Saul patiently answered all questions and helped sign us up. We are elderly and get confused with lingo but Saul walked us through the sign-up process. We would have messed it up, wasted time and become very frustrated without his much appreciated help. “First time ever at this location. I live on Federal Hill and have gone to Dorrance St location for many years. Close to me and in my travels + they have a kiosk to self-pay yr bill without waiting for a rep. That said, I work in Johnston (Killingly St/Hartford Ave) and went to this nearby location because
my 2025 Moto 5G phone got stolen. Went in w/a previously active T-mobile Samsung Galaxy phone and was able to keep my same ph# and activate without my original SIM card for less than $100 including transfer fee, new SIM card + paying my monthly bill. The employee on shift, Dilia, was working alone and had 3 customers waiting when we walked in. All I can say is she treated every customer before me, and then myself included, with the same level of customer service that most companies advertise but rarely actually deliver. I personally witnessed these transactions and was highly impressed with how thorough she was with two older customers that obviously didn't grow up with a cell/smartphone and get stuck sometimes. She made sure they understood the steps she took to help them and that they truly understood and could do it themselves. She listened to my situation and seamlessly processed the activation of a phone I didn't even buy at her store. It was a multi step process with calls to MetroPCS and confirming the compatibility of my 'foreign' phone with Metro/T-Mobile's network with clear and understandable, transparent language and possible complications. In the end, she was able to get me back online for much less $ than I expected and wad totally worth the waiting time. I told her i would definitely be coming back to this store when/if I need a new phone or any issues I have in the future.
Dilia is a top notch employee who noticably takes pride in giving great customer service and helping your existing + future customers and making sure they leave the store MORE than just satisfied. I saw what I know from my own work/life experience as 'above + beyond' the standard service. GIVE THIS GIRL/LADY A RAISE! She's worth it.”
“I brought my phone in for water damage and had a bit of a rough start with a screen replacement that started lifting completely off the phone, overheating, and showing white spots after just one day. I brought it back in and the second technician was great he swapped the screen again fast and actually fixed the issue. My phone works perfectly now. Shoutout to the staff for being nice and handling the redo so professionally!”
