“Started a new internet subscription and was pleased to see a lot of choices to make. We were given a two hour window of arrival for the technicians. I liked that they texted their progress to our place so we had a little heads up on when they would arrive. Had a technician and a trainee show up. Both were very respectful and friendly. They told us what they were doing and kept us informed of their progress. Was surprised at the newer styled modem and router, which is now one box instead of the usual two. Wi-Fi was set up quickly and seems to be working well.”
