“I only went into the United States Postal Service in Woonsocket, RI to drop off some business paperwork in the outgoing mailbox, today and yesterday. There's 2 parking options here - on street parking in front of the building on Social Street, or take a left at the traffic light, next immediate left after that leads to the parking lot in the back of the building. No handicapped options in the front of the building, there's a set of stairs to get in and out. Back parking lot I'm not sure about, but the back door is manual operation, same as the front of the building”

“I have lived in Milford for many years and I have always been treated exceptionally well at this location. We did my families passports at this location with Tyler and he was great with the pictures and instructions. They were very nice when doing the pictures for my newborn's passport. There's also a really nice young lady that has helped me multiple times as well and she is always very clear on what you need and the best way to get it done unfortunately I can't remember her name at this time. I would also like to point out Sheri who helped me this past month when I needed some assistance with getting things done properly after having to deal with paperwork related to my mother's passing.

“They have standard post office service, but honestly I don't expect the USPS to rush ship packages and all seeing they get about a billion dollars in debt a year. Technically speaking the guy who gave someone tape can get in a lot of trouble so it would be best if you got over $4... Or just prepared your package ahead of time.”

“This post office is located directly next to Village Pizza, so it’s hard to find if you’re looking for a typical post office in a free standing building. However, our experience applying for passports at this located was seamless. I believe D’Ann was the person who helped us, and although it was busy she was quick and efficient with our paperwork. It’s a stressful process and she made me feel reassured throughout making sure we had everything.”

“Not sure what everyone else is complaining about, but I haven't had any issues in years. When I did, the staff was very helpful and patient with me. They typically deliver my mail earlier in the day, which is nice too. Packages are always placed nicely on my porch or in the mailbox if they fit. Have been in the office several times lately to ship items, and the young woman at the counter is so friendly and helpful. I love them!”
“Chelsea was late to the appointment and then said that I needed to reschedule because I was missing some information on the passport application. I was in the middle of getting this info on the phone and then she said couldn't wait because she was understaffed. I asked for a supervisor because she was rushing me after being late herself. At the end she disappeared in the back, the supervisor never came after being page twice. It looks bad on there part because they did not care to help which is way we should continue to fire these federal workers who don't want to work.”
“Always had great and polite service from this post office. Been a few years since I used them regularly, but my recent experience was still top-notch. There's plenty of P.O boxes available if your looking. They also have a great selection of packaging and cards. Easy access and plenty of parking.”
