“They are usually well stocked, and if they don't have something on the shelf, someone will look in the back if you ask. It isn't a large store, but I usually find most of what I want or need at a decent price. The staff is all very friendly as well.”

The price is way higher than other grocery stores, somehow, they provided better service and way fresh food product and vegetables.That extra cost is worth! You are looking for something good quality to serve your body healthy, Safeway/Sobeys those luxurious grocery stores will be your first pick.You will surprise that when they are doing sales or promotions, the price is lower than any other grocery in general.If you have Sence membership, the price is getting even better!
