“Always a interesting place to visit. If you need something for a hobby this would be a great place to start. Prices can get a little steep sometimes but it is always quality items and they will always have something to suit your needs. The sales associate I was dealing with was very friendly and knowledgeable but I didn't realize they were a warehouse. You have to look up your items online or on their computer and then they will grab it for you from the back. I would recommend going on their site to find your items or an idea of what you want before going in but this was a little inconvenient for me. They still had items on their main floor but I was wanting to browse and see my options. I'm sure they just have too many things to put out but was a little disappointed with this although there probably isn't an easy fix for this with the amount and variety of stock they carry. Still appreciate that there is a store around to fill the void in my many hobbies and thank them for doing what they do.”
“Tbh I rarely submit reviews. But today I went to Green Line for an obscure piece of hose that I needed for a composting toilet for my cabin on an island at a lake north of La Ronge, Saskatchewan. Within 10 minutes Ryan had everything that I needed and it was less than half the price that I would have paid at Home Depot. These people know their stuff. HIGHLY recommend them!!!!”

Staff are friendly and eager to help, prices are competitive. Although they stock an impressive variety of rubber products, hoses, and hose fittings, they do not always have exactly what I need, but they are almost always able to procure the correct item within a few days. “I had some issues with my cupboard doors. After talking to the staff, the manager and assistant manager driveto my house (over an hour one way) to inspect the issue. The next week their installers came and fixed the problems. Outstanding customer service !”
“Went into the store to look for anti-slip rubber mats for my parent’s front steps. We were wandering and searching for them, when I heard someone speak out; since we were walking away and no one was near by, we didn’t assume that person was speaking to us. However, it was an employee who was half an aisle away and asked again if we needed help.
The gentleman not only stopped what he was doing, he walked us to the exact location where the mats were located and helped even further by showing us the various sizes.
I went to another Rona in the city, and two Home Depots, and did not have a single employee interact or acknowledge us.
This employee was awesome and helpful! A rarity these days! It makes us want to drive across the city for good service!”
