My call to them at 4'o'clock said that they were closing soon but he would take care of me. Got there in time and they provided the best service and even went above and beyond with buffing out a large scratch on the side of my vehicle. Great service, friendly people and reasonably priced. If I lived on the island full time they'd be getting more of my vehicle service business.”

“After being referred by my mechanic and custom paint shop I called Dent Specialists and I spoke with Felix. We were able to find a date that I could bring my vehicle to his shop and he could perform Paintless Dent Repair on 3 separate areas. We met at the prescribed time and date and Felix proceeded to make the repairs. There was one repair, dent in the middle of the hood and two dents on a fender. The dent in the middle of the hood was the result of an automatic garage door accidentally coming down on the hood. Felix was just one of the most pleasant people I have met and a real perfectionist. He told me that if he could not make all of the dents disappear the charge would be $0.00. He worked on the hood for some time and then went to the other 2 fender dents which took no time at all. He was not satisfied with what he could do with the hood. It was in a bad location with very few areas to satisfactorily leverage from. After working diligently for some time he turned to me and said \"I can not make it perfect\" and therefore you owe me nothing. I said you are kidding you tried to make the repair and it looks better than when I brought it in. The fender dent repair is perfect so I owe you at least for the fender dents. Felix again said you owe me nothing. I was blown away. This man is so honest I don't believe I have every met in 70 years someone as honest as Felix. He is also one of the friendliest people I have ever met. He stands behind his work 110%. People like Felix are one in a million. He is just the best and I don't know what else to say. “I was in Hilton Head on vacation with my family last summer during the peak of the heat wave. The day after we arrived, our AC started blowing hot air. With 3 small children and a elderly dog and a 14 hour drive home coming up at the end of the week, no AC was NOT an option. Hilton Head Auto Techs went out of their way to get our AC back to blowing cold and even offered to be available after-hours if we ran into any last minute problems before our departure. “I went to Precision Auto Body to have a deep gouge (down to bare metal) in the hood of my BMW repaired. The repair work was excellent and done in 2 days. The paint match was perfect and you cannot see or feel where the gouge was on the hood. The charge was very reasonable and there was no increase from the estimated cost. The estimate was lowest of the 4 I got; the most expensive quote was $1,100 more.I highly recommend Precision Auto Body.”

First, I had Mike at A1 Auto Detailing apply the Llumar Ceramic Paint Protection Film and Ceramic Pro 9H to my new Genesis GV70 SUV. The results were fantastic and the surface feels like glass. “This is a first class operation! We were visiting in Hilton Head and started having some car trouble. I searched for a car repair place to take it and found RS Auto Repair. There were lots of good reviews of their business so I took a chance and called them. They were able to see me that day and did a quick check on the problem I was having. They were able to fit me in just two days later to fix the problem they found. When I brought my car back, they did the work while I waited, which took exactly one hour as they had estimated. After I left, the same problem started up again after a short time. I called them and they told me to bring the car back for a look. When I got there, they took another look at it but it wasn't having the problem at that time so I left again. I got a call later that day asking me to bring the car back again because they'd done some research on the problem I was having and found another more serious possible cause. When I got there, they did a few more tests and sadly found out that it was instead the more serious problem. They replaced my original parts from the earlier work since that wasn't the issue after all and refunded my money. As he said "It was the right thing to do". I agree! I can't recommend this shop more highly! They know what they are doing and will go the extra mile to make sure they take good care of your car. If we lived in Hilton Head or anywhere close by, we would definitely be taking our cars to RS Auto Repair. As for my car, we'll be seeing our regular mechanic when we get home and decide what we're going to do about my car.”
