“I would give them 50 stars if I could!! A new battery was installed in my 2017 Ford escape because it wouldn't start. It worked for about two days, ely dead again. I had it towed to Regency Tire and Auto. I thought for sure it was the alternator or the starter. They could have easily told me it needed a new alternator or starter or even worse. But they called me and told me the truth. Just a CD stuck in the player keeping it open draining the battery. Also, my friend who replaced the battery for me removed the windshield wipers to get the old battery out (I don't why). They were not reinstalled correctly and some other stuff was wrong with them. I had forgotten about them since I hadn't driven for a few days. They noticed and called me. My windshield wipers are fixed and as good as new! I am so thankful to have an automobile repair shop that I feelI can trust and rely on.”

“I can NOT saycEnough about this establishment and the GM Eric Kershner of Flying Colors. BRAAAVOO! ?? Eric is professional kind courteous and a Dr at what he does. This business was God sent. He repaired and painted my BMW that sustained terrible scratches when I scraped a cement column. In 2 days Not 1-2 months he fixed my problem and when I say it looked as if Nothing ever happened and he went above and beyond to touch up anything he saw like surface scratches. “I FORGOT to do this the first time I used them, but I won't make that mistake again.Y'all, there are NOT ENOUGH GOOD THINGS TO SAY about these folks. Don't get me started on the way you folks drive in the CSRA, but I PCS'd here in 2015, retired in '18, and I've been rear-ended FOUR TIMES. I previously had Riverfront repair my '94 Ford Explorer Sport when I got slammed into, and they were able to repair it flawlessly (despite the lack of parts left in the world), and they did me a solid and painted an adjacent area I had been meaning to get around to...and never did. =) My 30-year-old mini SUV looked showroom ready, and I couldn't contain my enthusiasm! The other times I was rear-ended, I went elsewhere simply because of the whole preferred repair facility treatment certain shops get, and it made dealing with insurance a lot easier. This time, I got rear-ended--AGAIN--in our family car, a '15 Kia Sorento, by a kid whose parents had USAA. I am a reformed USAA customer, and God help me, I'll never look back. Kendrick Paint & Body, another CSRA collision center is the preferred facility for USAA, and when I took my car to them, they said they couldn't even think about touching it until August. I was hit on April 30. You can imagine my surprise, and I couldn't even pretend like that was going to happen as the back door was all but inoperable, and the bumper was smashed in. I called Riverfront FROM THE PARKING LOT, and asked Ms. Wanda what kind of turn-around I was looking at. She responded by asking me when I wanted to have it done. Talk about service! Not only did Mr. Denny, Ms. Wanda, and the rest of the team deliver in TOP FASHION, they stayed late on a Friday to help me deal with USAA, who had already tried to cancel my rental (while it was still being worked on) because I didn't want to use Kendrick, and tried to give me the run around to say the least. For reference, the adjuster on the phone admitted they had ALREADY PAID KENDRICK despite them not having my car OR an invoice for that matter! Yeah, USAA leaves more than a little to be desired. Now, Riverfront Collision Center is MY PREFERRED REPAIR FACILITY, and if you go anywhere else, may the odds be ever in your favor.Services: Painting”
