“From the moment I seen the car online and hearted it to save it for later, Michael went to work and sent me a video of the inside and outside of the car to get a better view of it. I went after work to test drive it and fell in love the car. From the first contact to the signing of the paperwork, Michael went above and beyond to help me with everything. Had my second service and still the same feeling. They went above and beyond to answer all my concerns and corrected everything. The loaner car they gave me to use while my car was in the shop was extremely helpful and the car had me wanting to buy it. LOL ?.
Had my car for 2 years now and still love it. Benjamin was my last service manager and he was great. He always let's me know what needs to be done immediately and what can wait just a little longer. I cant say enough good things about Jim Hudson Acura.”

“My wife and I had a great experience with them this past Saturday. We stopped in for a used vehicle about an hour before they closed and found that the vehicle was actually at another lot. The salesman asked if we were interested in a new one and we looked at a few. Even with us getting there late, they pushed through all of the paperwork and approval process and we drove away with a new 2025 Expedition Max Active. Great service and dedication to customer service. After we left and got home, we realized that we had forgotten something in the trade in and I called our salesman that night around 8:30PM, he called his manager and they drove back to the dealership, retrieved our item and brought it to our house that same night. This is what great customer service looks like. I have purchased about 3 or 4 vehicles from them in the past and will continue to do so in the future. “First of all, let me start this with I have never dealt with Smith’s tire and Auto or Nick Smith until this issue. I recently had a tractor tire That was having issues went to Smith’s Auto tire spoke with Nick and he was more than willing to look at the problem and try to fix it Even though he had to order the part, it was done in a timely manner and properly repaired ended up Issue with the tire, took it back and asked Mr. Smith to take a look at it and see if he could tell me the problem went by today to pick it up. My tire was fixed. Explain to me what the problem was. It was no charge now I will see a few things here one there’s a very few businesses that care about the customer after they’ve got your money and it was obvious that this business does. I felt like one of the family and not just another customer off the street so if you are in need of tire work, I would highly suggest And Auto on Gordon Highway and speak to Mr. Nick I believe he would be a customer afterwards because I know I am”
“Notorious is a courteous and professional sales person. He answered all my questions and presented options for me to consider. He asked for the order as any good salesperson should but didn’t push after.
Josh in financing treated me just as well. He presented options, offered different views but made clear the decisions were mine.
