“I needed a tow from SRS and a repair. After the first estimate from one of the handful of tow companies authorized to pick up at SRS, I called them for comparison. Their base rate was lower than the competitor, they were friendlier on the phone, and they seemed to care that they pick the car up sooner than later. The tow truck driver was very friendly and professional. The car was up on a jack (one of my wheel studs broke so I couldn’t change the tire myself). The driver told me not to sweat the jack and he took care of it. They got it into their shop quickly (and didn’t overpromise), then fixed the stud and replaced the two tires I needed at a very reasonable price. When I picked the car up, they were very friendly. I could tell it was not just a family business, it is someone’s legacy.”

It was 5:30 pm on a Friday night and they got me back on the road within a few hours!! They were attentive, transparent and extremely helpful! I would highly recommend their services! :)”
“I would give them 50 stars if I could!! A new battery was installed in my 2017 Ford escape because it wouldn't start. It worked for about two days, ely dead again. I had it towed to Regency Tire and Auto. I thought for sure it was the alternator or the starter. They could have easily told me it needed a new alternator or starter or even worse. But they called me and told me the truth. Just a CD stuck in the player keeping it open draining the battery. Also, my friend who replaced the battery for me removed the windshield wipers to get the old battery out (I don't why). They were not reinstalled correctly and some other stuff was wrong with them. I had forgotten about them since I hadn't driven for a few days. They noticed and called me. My windshield wipers are fixed and as good as new! I am so thankful to have an automobile repair shop that I feelI can trust and rely on.”

The waiting area is comfy, clean and well appointed, with refreshments and a restroom available. I am SO impressed! The Jefferson Davis C & C is my new go-to place for service on my vehicle.”
“First time going there, getting my first car. The process was a little long, but that’s normal, I’m sure. The employees were SUPER nice and offered us drinks and snacks during the waits. I have a hard time being open around strangers, but with them I felt comfortable around. They were very welcoming, especially the nice lady that helped me pick out my first car, Ms. Yolanda Monique. She’s super cool and presented very positive energy towards me and my parents. It’s been a very neat first experience and I hope to visit KIA again someday.”
