“Highly recommend! Had a dead battery emergency on a gas golf cart. Due to configuration, I could not replace the battery myself. I called and explained the situation. Becky was able to get the information needed over the phone, called Mack (the owner) and had a professional (Craig) come out at 7:30am to replace the battery on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They saved the day for our family. For servicing needs, this is the only place I will call. And when I am ready to purchase another golf cart, they will be my first choice.

First of all, their quote to do the repairs was about half of what the dealer suggested place in Hardeeville was. Second, when I picked it up, it looked as if the car was brand new. I was so happy ! the people there were all wonderful to deal with and I have absolutely no regrets. I will go again if I need any body work (and hopefully I won't!)”

“I was RESCUED by Hilton Head Buick GMC!!!I was on vacation with my Hummer EV when my vehicle wouldn't charge at a Circle K fast charger. I was very concerned about the error codes that the charger continued to pop up. I called the closest GMC dealer and explained my predicament and that without charging I would be stranded 300 miles from home. BRYAN from service was so understanding and accommodating. He offered to work us into the schedule to determine what was wrong but cautioned that parts could be an issue.After clearing some codes, the vehicle fully charged on the GMC super charger. SO RELIEVED. During the charging process, they even offered to shuttle my wife and I to the local Outlet stores. Our courteous driver, ED, was super accommodating and even came back to pick us up.110% Satisfied with the staff bending over backwards to help us enjoy our vacation.”
