“The man driving the tow truck who was able to jumpstart my dead battery arrived no more than 20-25 minutes after I called. He recommended a garage to get my battery replaced and even took a quick photo of the VIN tag and texted it to the garage owner so that they could have a battery waiting for me by the time I got there. “I was RESCUED by Hilton Head Buick GMC!!!I was on vacation with my Hummer EV when my vehicle wouldn't charge at a Circle K fast charger. I was very concerned about the error codes that the charger continued to pop up. I called the closest GMC dealer and explained my predicament and that without charging I would be stranded 300 miles from home. BRYAN from service was so understanding and accommodating. He offered to work us into the schedule to determine what was wrong but cautioned that parts could be an issue.After clearing some codes, the vehicle fully charged on the GMC super charger. SO RELIEVED. During the charging process, they even offered to shuttle my wife and I to the local Outlet stores. Our courteous driver, ED, was super accommodating and even came back to pick us up.110% Satisfied with the staff bending over backwards to help us enjoy our vacation.”

“We had a fantastic experience with Volvo Cars Hilton Head. While searching online for a pre-owned Lexus GX460 last Saturday, we came across this dealership-4 hours away in Hilton Head, South Carolina and decided to reach out. From the start, our salesman Chevy was outstanding working alongside internet salesman, Coleman, and manger to secure the best out the door cash price.
Chevy stayed in touch throughout the process, and kept everything on track until we were able to make the drive to Hilton Head on Wednesday. When we arrived, Chevy had the Lexus pulled up front, cleaned, gassed up-ready for our arrival! We did have a request. We asked if the vehicle could be put on a lift, so my husband could inspect the underside for peace of mind. Carlos, from the Service Department was incredibly accommodating. He went around the car, checking the undercarriage, measuring the tire tread and inspecting the brake pads. Everything looked great and so we proceeded with a test drive.
Fast forward, everything continued smoothly and we wrapped up the purchase with Lexi and finance.
Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish.
