“Took my car in due to the brake lines rusting and the brakes not working, so it HAD to be fixed. Friendly staff and once the problem was identified I was given a surprisingly affordable estimate (I was expecting much more). Though the service took longer than expected (1-2 days turned into 3 days, but that’s happens with fixing cars), but they did the job and now I am up and running again! They also helped fix the seal on my tire/rim that kept losing air. All for a reasonable price! Thanks guys! :)”

“AMAZING SERVICE!! (12/21/23) My daughter was driving north on I-95 headed to VA & hit a big pot-hole causing her to pull over to check for damage. Small cosmetic bumper damage but she "noticed" a ticking sound emitting from the front of the car ... after calling me & us checking her fluids + dashboard for lights, we decided we needed to have it reviewed by an auto mechanic in order to make a "good decision." The 3 local Chevy Dealers couldn't accommodate "today" & the earliest available was Wed, 12/28/23 - 7 days away!I found Palmetto online & noticed they had some really good ratings w/ solid reviews. I called & asked if they could help a "dad" out w/ a daughter sorta stuck at the stateline ... not only did they say to come in (w/ less than 2 hours to close), they immediately looked it over.Mechanic or Owner called me about 20 mins later & said he thoroughly reviewed the engine, oil pan & other lines beneath the car - found no structural or mechanical damage. The ticking turned out to be the bumper assembly ... some temp body screws & we were good-to-go!Here's the best part - they told me they weren't going to charge me ANYTHING & wished me a MERRY CHRISTMAS!! MIND BLOWN!!! I insisted they write up a diagnostic invoice for $100 bucks & at least let me put some cash in his pocket!!WHO DOES THIS ANYMORE - WOW!! Wish I lived closer .... these would be my "Go-To-Mechanic" for sure!!”

“I was RESCUED by Hilton Head Buick GMC!!!I was on vacation with my Hummer EV when my vehicle wouldn't charge at a Circle K fast charger. I was very concerned about the error codes that the charger continued to pop up. I called the closest GMC dealer and explained my predicament and that without charging I would be stranded 300 miles from home. BRYAN from service was so understanding and accommodating. He offered to work us into the schedule to determine what was wrong but cautioned that parts could be an issue.After clearing some codes, the vehicle fully charged on the GMC super charger. SO RELIEVED. During the charging process, they even offered to shuttle my wife and I to the local Outlet stores. Our courteous driver, ED, was super accommodating and even came back to pick us up.110% Satisfied with the staff bending over backwards to help us enjoy our vacation.”
“The man driving the tow truck who was able to jumpstart my dead battery arrived no more than 20-25 minutes after I called. He recommended a garage to get my battery replaced and even took a quick photo of the VIN tag and texted it to the garage owner so that they could have a battery waiting for me by the time I got there. I would swear that I never call anyone else except that I moved out of state 10 days later!”
“The owner and his wife are truly amazing people. After an accident I visited twice to retrieve my personal items. My second trip there was to attempt to find my wedding band and engagement ring which I successfully found with the owners help. “Great Mom & Pop Paint & Body Shop. Jeff got my Mustang fixed up from two mishaps. The 1st being a 18 wheeler side swipe it like it was a tinder profile. ? The 2nd was a 18 wheeler retread that a suv on the interstate had kicked up from the edge of the road. ? Fun experience. Poping out my rear quarter panel, fixing the bumpers and installing the new front lip. They got her looking new again.”
