“The man driving the tow truck who was able to jumpstart my dead battery arrived no more than 20-25 minutes after I called. He recommended a garage to get my battery replaced and even took a quick photo of the VIN tag and texted it to the garage owner so that they could have a battery waiting for me by the time I got there. I would swear that I never call anyone else except that I moved out of state 10 days later!”

“New tires on the Minivan. Drove from NY to Hilton Head. Picked up a screw Monday afternoon and destroyed one. Ordered new tire and scheduled replacement for Tuesday afternoon. Everything went as planned. The staff here were very friendly and they had our Van ready when promised. Thank you for great service.”

“We had a fantastic experience with Volvo Cars Hilton Head. While searching online for a pre-owned Lexus GX460 last Saturday, we came across this dealership-4 hours away in Hilton Head, South Carolina and decided to reach out. From the start, our salesman Chevy was outstanding working alongside internet salesman, Coleman, and manger to secure the best out the door cash price.
Chevy stayed in touch throughout the process, and kept everything on track until we were able to make the drive to Hilton Head on Wednesday. When we arrived, Chevy had the Lexus pulled up front, cleaned, gassed up-ready for our arrival! We did have a request. We asked if the vehicle could be put on a lift, so my husband could inspect the underside for peace of mind. Carlos, from the Service Department was incredibly accommodating. He went around the car, checking the undercarriage, measuring the tire tread and inspecting the brake pads. Everything looked great and so we proceeded with a test drive.
Fast forward, everything continued smoothly and we wrapped up the purchase with Lexi and finance.
Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish.

“I was driving from South Florida back to New York when I picked up a nail in my rear tire. Luckily I found this shop and stopped in. The guys there couldn’t have been nicer. They took a look right away, patched the tire quickly, and had me safely back on the road in no time.
When you’re in the middle of a long trip, running into a problem like that can be stressful, but they made the whole experience easy. Friendly, professional, and clearly a group that cares about helping people. Thanks to them I made it all the way home without a single issue.
