“I shopped here recently while on vacation, and was delighted to experience incredibly warm, attentive customer service in addition to the great quality TB clothing I have gotten used to at home in California. The best part of my recent experience was the prompt, friendly way the staff member handled an error I had called about after discovering it on my receipt after I had gotten back home. So many other retailers have slid into impersonal, uncaring approaches to customer service -- I was thrilled and touched to discover the total opposite at this Tommy Bahama outlet store. I'm eager to find a reason to travel back to the Hilton Head area just so I can shop at this store again!”
“Always find lots of great shoes here at very good pricing! Great service too, helping to find what you're looking for. Hey! Can't find the Pink & White checkered VAN'S anywhere, from the smallest children's up to adult. Have looked in Surf Shops & Outlets over the last few years & they are not stocking them. You're missing Sales!”
“This store was ok but did not have any real new fashion lines. The prices for the items available were in the middle. This was not one of my favorite Banana Republic Factory stores.”

“I had the best time shopping here recently because they had so many great deals on clothes for the whole family. The store was really well organized, which made it super easy to find my size and grab exactly what I needed without any stress. The staff was also really friendly and kept the checkout lines moving quickly even though it was pretty busy. I ended up getting a whole new wardrobe for a fraction of what I expected to pay, and I definitely plan on coming back whenever I need a refresh.”

“Really enjoyed the selection along with sizes available. I find it common for my size missing or limited, but here everything was plentiful. The staff was supper friendly and made us aware of addition savings available. The tags say we can wash these garments less, and that is good because we have a well back home. That said, these are kinda dressy, so we would most likely keep them clean so im all spiffy for bussiness or pleasure.”
“This place is great. The negative reviews have nothing to do with this location but preference related to the clothes and prices of a luxury item. The people there are very friendly and helpful. I even had a damaged item I realized when I got back home and they sent a replacement in the mail. The selection is great for all items especially hats. It is expensive clothing that is usually sold a high end retail stores and golf outlets but the prices here are below what you find elsewhere and with more selection. Like anything there is a fit that they target and that is not for everyone, for me they are a perfect fit and I have a hard time finding similar fits other places.”

“Very clean store with a helpful, kind staff. A young woman named Ivana helped me and was better than I could have asked for. She was cheery and answered every question I had with a smile. She said she’s only been working there for a few months. If I was her boss I would definitely give her a bonus or a raise. I’ll definitely be back because of workers like Ivana!”
