“Prices are good and even better they give additional discounts to seniors, retired military and others. Only complaint is that I bought several of these sun protective shirts and the threads have unraveled on all but one shirt. Still functional but keep a pair of scissors handy if buying some of their factory seconds.”

“I do not normally hit the outlet stores but my wife was interested in shopping and I did not have much else to do so I stopped in. I had a good time visiting this store. It seemed to have a very good selection of products at decent prices. The staff was very helpful and friendly.”
“Always clean, well organized and items folded it's always a breeze coming in here. It's nice to see they are able to staff properly in such a trying time as well. This made all the difference when using fitting rooms or checking out at the register. My old complaint was no one on the staff acknowledged me. Yes I am quite young for their clientele but they acknowledged everyone else.”
“Visited Johnston & Murphy, February 11, 2024, to purchase one pair of shoes. The store was pretty busy and the Manager was working alone, but provided outstanding service to everyone. I decided to purchase two pair of shoes, then the Manager informed me of a discount offer, which made perfect sense to buy a third pair. Great service explaining the discount where I walked away with three pair of shoes and a belt. Shoes are excellent as well. Long time customer and will return to this location later this year.”
