“Ordered 3 new Samsung 26 online, store said they were in stock. When I called to verify pick up they told me on customer service they'd be shipped. Said there is two separate stock but didn't have my phones and they wouldn't come in for 3 weeks. Canceled order and they sent a text confirming the cancelation. Came to my local Verizon and met Joey he was very kind. I totally overwhelmed Joey with other customers coming in and a mess from Verizon customer service. In a nutshell Kiyone and Joey were wonderful. Kiyone came back to assist Joey while he's still learning and completely everything I needed done and was very helpful with customer service over the phone. Thank you very much
