“I switched from AT&T to metro pcs and Isaac made my experience so HORRIBLE!!!! After 2 days of being without my phone and going into metro and with Diamond and Jasmine and the manager DSG I finally can use my phone I honestly believe that if Diamond had not been working today and working hard at getting my phone services restored I would literally be without my phone again today. Imagine how scary it is being lost ,can't call anyone, etc. Shame on Walmart. They didnt learn their lesson from Straight talk and their class action suit, just rebranded. I know this because I used to use them and they did the same to me. I had that same fear. And I received a check in the mail.”
“Excellent technical service and expertise. SmartPhone Medic was able to install a higher capacity replacement battery vs the equivalent original equipment battery for my Samsung Galaxy phone. Now I can make it through the day on one charge! Their prices are reasonable and less than nearby national branded competitors. SmartPhone Medic did a same day service without undue wait time.”
