“I want to give a major thank you to Katie and Flor at the decker store. A customer service rep deactivated my service after requesting a return for a defective phone on the second line. They went above and beyond to assist me with getting my service back on even after a different customer service agent refused to assist due to not being able to receive any texts. I went to the Two Notch store at Sandhillls and was turned away because my ID wasnt on me when the rep unexpectedly shut my service off. I went home got my ID and went to Decker instead and boy Im glad I did. Thank you ladies. Forever grateful!!”

“First of all when I call to ask questions on April 13th 2026 @5pm. the gentleman that answered the phone name was Ben. Mr Ben answered all my questions clearly in a timely manner. When I arrive to the store Mr Ben was very nice and friendly and courteous. Mr Ben explained all of my options and was very patient even though I could not remember my 4 digit PIN right away. Mr Ben took his time and explain everything to me in detail so that even I can understand it. Every time I come into this store I'm always treated with super friendly service. No matter who's behind the register. I look forward to coming back there again to do all of my transactions and anything else that has anything to do with cell phone service.
