“I decided to stop by the Camden location as I was in the area at an appointment. Earlier in the week , I visited another location in northeast Columbia was there for over 15 minutes and was never greeted by any staff. “Donte, rep at the ATT Store of Sandhills, Columbia SC was very kind, patient and professional in helping an elderly lady I had accompanied for assistance with her new phone (Mon 5/4/26). He had to explain everything to her many times before she understood that her very old phone will no longer function and that her new phone had been activated and ready to use. I could tell that Donte (unsure of last name) is a very knowledgeable and well-trained ATT employee. He is also a young man who is obviously kind-hearted and willing to go above and beyond to help someone. Donte would be a good person to train others in how to handle difficult customers.
When I called ATT-Sandhills location and spoke with Tamya Drake she was very helpful in emailing the link for me to submitted this review.

They walked us through the setup of each device and even did some troubleshooting for us! Great customer service and great energy!
