“Moved here a day before Christmas Eve. Office staff Jay& Laura are so friendly and helpful! Experience was great from beginning to end. The apartment, gym, pool and club house are all very clean and nice. They keep the grounds clean and maintained very well! Quiet and peaceful environment. All my neighbors are so friendly. Close to everything as far as beach, parks and downtown as well as shopping. Price is fair for the comparable apartments in this area especially! Highly recommended!”

“I haven’t lived in an apartment in many years and wasn’t sure what to expect. The Islands exceeded any expectations I had. The location is perfect too. The apartment is well suited to what I need. The office staff are wonderful and they and maintenance are extremely responsive. I love the pool in the summer. Have made lots of friends here and am delighted with my experience here . I would highly recommend to anyone!”
“I have been trying to get out of my lease at 61 Vandy for almost two months, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. What’s worse than the situation itself is how I’ve been treated — or rather, ignored. It honestly feels like they go out of their way not to answer you. I’ve left countless messages, emails, and calls — all met with silence. When they do finally reply, it’s vague or contradictory.”
“I think this is great . I’m just not a great person with the phone, I miss phone calls, emails texts etc. I’m in that older category, n late n behind in technology now lost it- but I still think it’s great!!”

“We had an exceptional experience at 400 Meeting in Charleston, SC, this summer. From the moment we arrived, Adam (the leasing manager) and Jayme (the property manager) were invaluable. The apartment layout was perfect for our son, with a private bathroom connected to the bedroom, parking, and great amenities like the gym and pool. The location near downtown was ideal! Adam quickly resolved any minor issues - his responsiveness was especially impressive, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our son's stay. If you’re looking for a rental unit for your college student, we highly recommend 400 Meeting. It’s a well-managed, convenient, and welcoming place to call home! And an added bonus, Big Bad Restaurant is right around the corner and so good!”
“We've been at Wharf 7 for a little over a month and half and really love it. Our apartment is spacious, updated, and we've had no issues at all. Josh, the leasing consultant, took us on our tour back in August, helped us through the entire application process, and made moving across the country as stress-free as it could be. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the amenities on-site are wonderful. We're looking forward to utilizing the pool once the weather warms up!”

She had the biggest smile the whole time she gave us a tour & was extremely detailed in showing us everything Middleton Cove has to offer! She also knew all of the regulars walking around, fishing, & took time to ask them about their day which made us feel right at home.
