“My Mom and I were visiting Myrtle Beach for vacation. My mom very recently purchased a new battery in our hometown. Turns out from a simple 30 second test, the alternator seems to be the true issue. Mike at this advanced auto parts was such a huge help and solved our problem by telling us where to find a part (despite them not initially knowing they had it in stock), told where he’d recommend us to get it repaired for a good price, went and miraculously FOUND one in his own shop despite thinking we had already left, and overall just a great guy to help solve our silly issue.
