“Usually I'm a big fan of there ring sandwiches, however this time mostly bread, very little meat, and tomato. Lettuce is what I expected.
The chocolate hummus dessert platter ( which I fell I love with last holiday season!) I got a call about just as I was almost to the store and they didn't have the hummus, I was so bummed!!! Cancelled that platter.
I enjoyed the unbreded plain wing platter, but it just came in a box, last Superbowl it was a platter from. I couldn't find any unbreded wings flavored when I was looking through the platters of wings, they do have flavored ones but they don't show it on line.
HOWEVER the plain I got where DELICIOUS!!!
I believe in the future I will try the ring sandwiches platter again just not the turkey one, hope it's as good as the first time I got it. Will DEFINITELY BE TRYING TO GET ANOTHER CHOCOLATE HUMMUS DESSERT PLATTER!!!!!! I WAS SO BUMMED LOOKED FORWARD TO IT ALL WEEK!!! Hope I get it !!!”
“Clean, well-stocked and well laid out. Good prices and quality on fresh produce. Superior cheese and prepared food portions. Excellent shopping for single person. My only disappointment is, they don’t offer a fresh cup of coffee in store.”
“I appreciate the convenience of Costco gas station. It is always immaculate. An attendant is always on duty. It is very convenient to scan a code from your Costco app and purchase your gas using your Costco credit card or any other credit card in your digital wallet for that matter, the price is always lower Than the rest of the gas stations around town Costco. Sam’s and BJ’s consistently have the best gas prices, cleanest, safest stations and always have attendance on duty. It’s nice that they always have paper for receipts where so many other gas stations purposely remove the paper so you have to go in to their storeshoping that you will purchase other products while you’re looking for your receipt. I have quit going to many gas stations for this behavior and never once have I experienced Costco pumps without paper for receipts.”
“Great selection and free tastings, everything is made in house and can be shipped, and really good deals! We bought 4 sauces, all were amazing, one was gator, it was hot and had a vinegar taste which I loved, the BBQ sauces are so good/my biggest recommendation and the seasonings are nicely blended! The worker was amazing, really nice, and helped us choose which ones we wanted. We plan to come back and buy online!! I plan to add pictures once we return home!!”
“I had an issue with some seafood. Alex the manager was totally professional and took care of the problem no-questions asked. He was great. Everyone at this stores is amazing (Lucy and Quetta may be my favorites)”
“Their is a great place for bulk food products at a great price. They have a great selection of meat primal cuts and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Every spice you could need and tons of frozen seafood.
They also sell good priced tools and equipment for cooking as well as pots and pans.
You can get deli containers.”

“Visiting from Boston, we stopped by the Veggie Bin and asked the clerk for local recommendations. Later, as we passed by, we saw her closing up—and to our surprise, she had handwritten two pages of must-see spots, complete with thoughtful details on why we’d love them. Her suggestions were absolutely spot on! Thanks to her, we discovered incredible hidden gems we never would have found on our own. She truly made our trip unforgettable! I even laminated her list to share with anyone heading to Charleston. Stop by the Veggie Bin—the produce is amazing, and the staff is even better!”
“Burbage’s Grocery is a Charleston institution on Broad Street in historic downtown. A small corner grocery offering curated wines and grocery items, a deli counter, take and go foods such as fresh pasta and sauces, take and bake bread, King Pops, and some carefully selected home goods such as local coffee, Smithy’s beautiful cast-iron ware, and quick hostess gifts like fresh flowers and candles. Family run. We frequent Burbages often and are so grateful for them!”
“As Food Lions go, this one is pretty good. Clean and well stocked for the most part. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clientele can get a little interesting at times, but not as much as a lot of other stores.”
“This mom and pop store is a little Aladdin’s cave of spices, herbs, remedies, and a large variety of canned, dried, frozen and fresh produce; everything you may need for a meal inspired by the cuisines of the Indian subcontinent. These folks are also super friendly, always up for a chat about food or philosophy, if you feel like it.”
“Sadly, I did not catch her name but the girl who works in the deli section (5/9 @ 3:30) deserves a raise! She mentioned over the phone she’s worked there for a little over a year. She called to tell me that something I ordered ahead online wasn’t available and asked if I wanted a substitute. I remember dealing with her in-store a few months ago and both my husband and I mentioned how kind and thorough she was at her job. It’s so hard to find good employees these days that actually take pride in their job let alone have good customer service skills. Do whatever you have to do to keep her around! She is management material.”
“I give my review of Harris Teeters 5 golden stars. Harris Teeters (the old Pig) is clean and up to date. Plus, they have a wide variety of items with expensive lookin labels. There is a Starbucks in there, too. It probably sounds like the new Harris Teeters is better than the old Pig. Untrue. You can't write checks for $20 over, the cigarettes are expensive as hell, the food ain't a bargain either, and whatevers worse than hell, that's what the traffic is like around there now. Beside that, warm mid grade pizza surrounded by high falutin cheese and olives, an overpriced salad bar
with weird crap instead of iceberg, local tomatoes, orange french, and ambrosia and that, and a deli that can't never make food like the old Pig ladies did ain't all that impressive I liked it better when you could grocery shop a buggy full and not blow the food budget for the month by week 2. I loved how we got a big Christmas because the Pig gave us Greenbax. And I can imagine who thought the entrance to the grocery store (by the beach) was better off with a coffee shop instead of assorted beach toys, pool noodles, Pepsi, bug spray, and Pig tees. The other day, I heard some lady in the parking lot asking if that poke juice bowl place on the end was always here. No ma'am it sure wasn't ( just like you wasn't). That was the Golden Cue. And that's what it meant when we was stickin with the Pig. The Pig used to shoot pool with us right nextdoor to the grocery sto. Then one day, he just stopped stickin with us. Could be he lost his ass in there. That and cashing all those checks for $20 over. Anyway, I can't wait (you online for a grocery store chain review when you should just ask around the neighbors) til y'all get up enough money to move up and tote Harris Teeter with you out to Kiawah so the traffic on the Island can die back down and the Pig won't get hit by car trottin back home to the corner of Maybank and Folly!”
“Purchased 2 of their fully cooked turkey dinners with all the fixing for 18 people at Thanksgiving. Picked it up the day before and heated it up on Thursday. It was great! The turkey was tender and moist. Thanks, Publix!”

“Service workers in the Food Court always have a bad attitude. I hate that. If you're not happy and fulfilled with your job, go find new employment. Don't take it out on me. Very unprofessional! The hot food is very good and worth purchasing.”

“Great butchers must work there. They always seem to have the best cuts on the Island. Parking is much easier than the other Publix on Folly. IMHO, by far the best chain grocery on the Island”
“We passed by this place and decided to check it out. This is a bulk item store with many grocery products and supplies. The staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are not full retail, but comparable to Sam's Club. The real gem of this store was the candy room! It was amazing!! Full of many vintage candies and all my current favorites.”
“A great place with fair prices to shop on the island.
The store was clean and easy to get in and out of. Don't be offended if you don't get carded like I did. You're just old. ? I'm almost 40 and apparently look it, much to my dismay. ?”

“Nice, clean, well stocked, and nicely organized shelves and displays. However, occasionally, the produce leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the best prices in the area. Tasty wing bar at lunchtime. Nearly all the employees I passed greeted me.”
“Lucked upon this place thinking I was going to a convenient store. Stayed for ĺunch. Very cute, great service and delicious food. I'll be going back or sure.”
“An all-around good grocery store! A very good selection of products for its size and a friendly, helpful staff.
This might sound silly but, the shopping carts are well made and in excellent condition, and that actually makes a difference for my shopping experience.
Also, I personally very much appreciate that this store uses paper grocery bags.”
“Great place to find things that aren't available at other grocery stores. Even though it's a bit more expensive for some things, if you know what you're looking for, you won't be disappointed. Although I wish their beer selection was a little bit more varied”
“Hey Y’all - The Pirate Hunter’s Food Review is back with another hidden local gem for a 5 star review! This little convenience store / restaurant combo is legit good home cookin’. Nothing over the top or super crazy fancy, but simply a master of the basics. Take for example this bragel (breakfast bagel) for example. Perfectly grilled crisp bacon & over medium eggs with American cheese on an everything bagel. A true power breakfast sammich right here on the go post ruck. If you don’t know me - I do 24 hr ruck challenges so food is important in fueling performance. In addition to this bragel, I’ve had the seasoned French fries which are great and the burger is like having a good backyard grill out without having to cook or do dishes! All in all - This little neighborhood spot is a great hidden gem to grab on the go or order with UberEats! With 3.2M Views and Exploding - Follow Me here and on the gram @justinmyerspiratehunter as I hunt great restaurants and food across America!”
“Arrived too early for a Rx, so I walked around while it was filled. Very impressive grocery to an out-of-towner! Wide aisles and lots of them, all nicely labeled and organized. Well done!!”
“EXCELLENT ☆☆☆☆☆
I'm from out of town and had to visit a local urgent care. They were late in calling a prescription in to this Publix Pharmacy. Instead of having me cone back later, the pharmacist rushed my order and had me on my way in 6 minutes. She was very understanding, polite and professional.
I use Publix Pharmacy in Roswell, Georgia. THIS IS WHY ! They are the BEST.
I'll never go back to Walgreens or CVS as long as Publix offers a pharmacy.

“Super friendly owners, has everything you need! I've cream treats for the kiddos, beer and wine, perfect spot to pop in for a soda or snack. Can't wait to come back.”
“Did not disappoint! My wife and I are on the hunt to find the best food this great city has to offer. Charlie's was on a short list for us as far as Deli's go.. so we made a trip late this Saturday morning. We ordered The Colossal on an everything bagel (for myself) and the BEC on a Kaiser roll (the wifey's). Although there was nothing that sent me over the moon about my sandwich, I was quite happy and very much enjoyed it. My wife's sandwich on the other hand left something to be desired.. I tried a bite after scarfing mine down, and found it mildly disappointing that there was such a difference between our two sandwiches. I personally believe that the bagel made much better for a breakfast sandwich, and that The Colossal is just that much better. If I could give a 3.5 rating, I would. If you're going for the breakfast sandwiches, I would definitely recommend The Colossal on an everything!”
“Tiny Target is a regular go-to spot for me since I work downtown. While it is not a full Target store with a large selection, it fits the bill for a decent amount of quick grab items. If I need a few grocery items for home, kid's gifts, teacher gifts, wine, coffee creamer, etc. this is a fantastic place to grab what you need quickly. I also appreciate the holiday section they maintain. I also occasionally grab the pre-made salads or frozen entrees for a quick lunch when I am limited on time. It is mostly self check-out only, which is fine. And I'll agree with the others that the employees here are less than helpful, but the store is clean and well-stocked. People complaining about the bathrooms is interesting to me -- go to Charleston Place across the street. Although truly, it is not Target's responsibility to provide public restrooms. Other stores on King Street do not provide this either.”
“It's not much to look at but the money you can save it's worth it and as always check your expiration date piggly wiggley really bad abt selling bad food”
“Disappointed with customer service. Had a difficult time finding an associate do a price check on an item. Only a few registers for the large amount of customers. Of course there is self check out available, but if you need assistance, like alcohol or an untagged item, good luck. When I got help at self lines, it took two associates to get my item entered, and the entire time they talked to each other about their shift, breaks, and how tired they were. Just Disappointed.”
“If youre going here for a pub sub, Don knows what he is doing. Am i exaggerating saying he is a master of his craft? No, in fact i think that does not even do his skill justice. His attention to detail and meticulousness guaranteed the best sandwich experience I have had in recent memory. If i could leave 6 out of 5 stars, I would”
