“Winsupply is a great place to get all of your plumbing needs. They carry the best brand names at a great price. We were renovating our master bath and worked with Clint Lankford who was extremely knowledgeable. He ordered everything we needed for the entire installation. The order came in on schedule and was complete. There was one faucet that was defective and Clint took care of it immediately. Clint wasn't just interested in plumbing supplies, he was interested in the whole bathroom. He really wanted us to have a beautiful bathroom; the plumbing supplies being an important part of the finished product. We felt like he was really in tune to our vision. “I went in to True Value today to get a part for my broken birdfeeder. I brought the broken feeder in with me to show the type of cord that I needed to replace. I expected to buy the cord and fix the feeder myself, but Caleb at True Value fixed it for me without me even asking. He spent 15 or 20 minutes assisting me and actually had to use several tools I don't have at home. He even re-did part of the job to make sure it was perfect, not just acceptable. End result? My bird feeder is sturdier now than before it broke!One project crossed off the to-do list.... for a grand total of $2.18!! You just don't get this kind of service at the big-box stores. I will definitely be coming back here.(As an added bonus, I found Jesus at True Value also. Well.... Jesus kind of found me. He's the store's cat!!)”
