“I want to give a major thank you to Katie and Flor at the decker store. A customer service rep deactivated my service after requesting a return for a defective phone on the second line. They went above and beyond to assist me with getting my service back on even after a different customer service agent refused to assist due to not being able to receive any texts. I went to the Two Notch store at Sandhillls and was turned away because my ID wasnt on me when the rep unexpectedly shut my service off. I went home got my ID and went to Decker instead and boy Im glad I did. Thank you ladies. Forever grateful!!”

“The people in this store are amazing. Mrs. Betsy and Mrs. Katie were the nicest, most pleasant and most helpful duo I met all week. I was extremely impressed and happy when I left. When a store and it's employees are this polite and professional, there should be more stars on the review. And this isn't a review for Metro PCS necessarily, it's a review of the people that run the store. Go, switch carriers, and meet these wonderful people.
Edit: more businesses need to look to this particular store for their hiring system. The guy in there this last visit was awesome, helpful, respectful. Sion(sp) was just one of a group of awesome employees there. You don't go here you are doing them and yourself a disservice.”

“Norton’s is a really great place to get what you need in car audio. These folks will get what you & the sound that you want without selling you anything extra. They genuinely care about the customer & what they’re looking for. They install my head unit & also gave me some great advice on speakers & an amp to go with it. I highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking to upgrade their sound system. They don’t push what they want to sell you. They’re more interested in what kind of sound & quality you’re looking for. I’ve been to a few other places, but by far, Norton’s will be a place that’s local that I can trust & I’ll continue doing business with. I highly recommend you check them out on Braodriver Rd here in Columbia.”
