“Do NOT go to ANY Enterprise location in the greater Columbia area except this SPECIFIC location. I had the misfortune of losing my vehicle due to someone else negligent driving. Due to the loss of my vehicle, I was desperately in need of a rental provided by Progressive via enterprise. After going to 4 other locations that were closer to my home, I landed at this location, with the FIRST pleasant person I had met at enterprise locations in Columbia. Previous locations had made promises they did NOT keep, and offered solutions that weren’t truly solutions at all. Luckily after many miserable experience at the other locations I met with Kiara Austin, the assistant branch manager of this location. Kiara was VERY empathetic to my situation, and didn’t offer false hope or non solutions. She quite literally told me this is when I can, and this is how I can. Unlike the many promises made by others, she not only kept her promises, but made sure I was more than satisfied with the solutions. Kiara is an AMAZING asset to the enterprise name, and took what has been an overwhelmingly terrible situation, and made it a little brighter. I am grateful that I FINALLY have my rental needed so I can get to and from work. I did not interact much with other employees during this time, but I didn’t need to with Kiara going above and beyond as she did.”
