WHAT CAN I SAY BUT, PHENOMENAL GROOMING BUSINESS & PHENOMENAL GROOMER. JASON IS A 1ST CLASS GROOMER.?
HE TALKED TO ME FOR QUITE A WHILE AND WENT OVER ALL MY CONCERNS AND FEARS. HE ALSO EXPLAINED HOW HE INHERITED PET & PRIM PARLOR, FROM HIS DAD. I LOVE THAT!!!
WE ARE NEW TO WHITEHALL,SC AND NEEDED OUR POMERANIAN GROOMED FOR THE SOUTH. HE MADE OUR FURRY FAMILY MEMBER, "DIDI" LOOKED BEAUTIFUL.
NOT ONLY DID SHE LOOK AND FEEL BEAUTIFUL, SHE SMELT SO GREAT. IT HAS BEEN ABOUT A MONTH SINCE DIDI HAD HER FIRST DOGGY PARLOR VISIT WITH JASON, AND SHE STILL HAS SOME OF THAT AMAZING SMELL. I WILL BE MAKING HER 2ND APPT IN A WEEK OR SO.
JASON SAID DIDI LOVED GETTING GROOMED AND SHE CAME HOME SOOOO CLEAN, GROOMED, AND HAPPY. ?
WHEN WE TRUST SOMEONE WITH DIDI, THEY BECOME FAMILY.
WE HAVE FOUND OUR NEW FAMILY GROOMING BUSINESS IN "PET AND PRIM PARLOR" GROOMERS. ?

“Been coming to this store for years ! This store has everything I need for my pup and more! They always carry the brands I prefer with amazing deals. They also do pickup and delivery which is very convenient for when Im busy with work but need to get the necessities, if something is out of stock they call and assist you to make sure you get what you need ! Also it’s truly a good experience when you come in, the guy that usually works the register is very friendly and always happy to help with anything ! They also do lil events which is fun if you want to get your pup out the house!! 10/10”
“Love the store, but apparently Saturday afternoon is restock time, loaded carts blocking half the aisles today, made shopping a pain, but produce, meats, and cheeses ate priced great if you shop the sales.”

“I went to this location to shop for cat food. As I entered the shop,a young man greeted me and welcomed me to Pet Supplies Plus, in Columbia, SC, Clemson Rd location. I knew what I wanted and went to that area of the store. I completed my shopping. Nearby was a young lady stocking shelves. I asked her a few questions about quality cat food. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. When checking out, I came in contact with the young man that had greeted me upon entering the store. He checked me out. His manner was friendly and honest. I like to do business with folks that seem to care. I enjoyed this experience and will continue shopping at this location.”
“We bought two guinea pigs from here. The two young ladies who assisted us were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was informed about their membership program that offers certain discounts. We also brought our dog here for a wash and it was easy access and clean.”

When my dog developed several food allergies, one Mill Creek employee took the allergy print off and walked around their entire food selection, reading over every ingredient carefully to make sure I was getting the very best. They never let me down when I need mice for my snake, special dog food for my puppies, or any kind of pet supply that I've ever needed, whenever I've needed it at fair prices. They're local, they're friendly, they have live animals, they allow you to pet before you buy, and they offer military appreciation discount on most items. They may not be as fancy looking as some pet stores, but they never fail in the parts that are the most important, service and supply!”

“Great! They have a little bit of everything. The only downside is the prices. I'd stick with Walmart or somewhere cheaper for pet supplies, unless you're looking for a specialty item. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for their selection & pet food made with "REAL ingredients". Stay blessed!”

“I set up a new aquarium and the Staff had a lot of knowledge about the fish and the plants and educated me on how to take care of my new Fish. The staff is very friendly and nice and willing to help and answer any questions. I recommend them for getting your Fish. I got some fish from another pet store at first and they were all very aggressive and had to return all of them. Petco all the fish that I got along great and we’re not stressed out like the other place. Definitely recommend them for starting a new aquarium”
“Stopped by a little late to visit a few pups and get some info on dogs in foster care. It was a very busy , hot day but , all staff were very nice and informative. I think I met two AA’s while figuring out the layout; as it was my first visit to the shelter. They did a great job showing off their fosters!! Roxanne and Aisha were a couple of sweeties!”
