The service was phenomenal. Julie kept me up to date with everything. She has great customer service skills. It was my birthday and she got a special k-pod for my cup of coffee. Might now seem like much to some but that little gesture went a long way.. I will DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

Using Car Shield was not a pleasant experience but Precision Auto helped me get thru the 4 transmissions and 3 months that I had to wait to finally get it right.
