Then upon returning equipment Kevin came in on his day off to help me out returning the equipment. I highly recommend this Uhaul location!”

“It was frustrating because. The guy in Tennessee gave me a return location on Percival Road. Their phone went to a thing like the phone is out of service like the business was no longer there trying to get in touch with a real person. U-Haul is a huge pain in the ass. It kept telling you to load an app and getting in touch with a real person was hard. I finally did and got the location changed to this place.
Zanthony was awesome. He was polite, engaging. Talking to him decreased my frustration with U-Haul y’all need to give him a raise.”

“I love the mobile check in and out. I just hope that the technical issues with the website and app can be fixed so that edits to reservations can be made without having to cash the location everytime. Otherwise, the staff at the Sparkleberry location deserve a raise, especially Brianna, for having such awesome customer service!!! I'm a retired HR person and customer service is really big and hard to come by these days. Between her and the other staff there they all take the time to talk to you in the phone and in person and be personable as well.”

“Having a truck rental option at my neighborhood gas station is incredibly convenient. The Rosewood BP has 3 small/medium size trucks to rent. I needed to pick up a large piece of furniture and this was the most cost effective way to do it. I was able to reserve the truck online, but did need to call the local scheduler to confirm the pickup site because the text confirmation noted a different location. The scheduler was helpful and explained the Rosewood BP is a newer sub-site coordinated by a larger one across town. The truck needed gas at pick-up, so I had to guess how much to put in to avoid paying for more than I needed for a short in-town trip. Overall the whole process was convenient and affordable. I overestimated the number of miles involved for my rental, so I may have over-payed a little, but I think they are supposed to adjust the charge based on the odometer reading, tho I haven't seen a charge adjustment as yet. The staff at the Rosewood BP were courteous and both pickup/return were easy. I left them 1/4 tank of gas in the truck, so they came out ahead too, lol.”

“I used this location to rent a U-Haul yesterday. I would rent from this location again. Customer service was great. The process was easy overall. I was able to get my call answered on the 1st attempt. There was no wait when I went to pick up the U-Haul. It was clean, gassed up on full and the paperwork didn’t take long at all. Overall great experience!”

“Bro, 5 stars isn't a high enough rating. Emily Duheme was nothing short of amazing. I've had a horrible experience moving to Columbia, SC with regards to realtors, property managers, school district HR, etc. and she able to be a bright spot to all of it. When I was expecting more bumps in the road and more things to go bad/wrong, she did just the opposite and helped me out. She was very accommodating and even changed my drop off location to a closer one. The saying "it is not how you start, but how you finish" couldn't be truer with my experience. She was the light at the end of the tunnel... and to my surprise, she wasn't the train. lol. She works hard and definitely takes pride in her work, has a passion for helping people, she's a great communicator, and was understanding and willing to work with my unique and hectic situation. If I ever move and need to use a Uhaul again, I know which location I'm heading to and who's getting my business. In this day and age, you can't pay enough for a quality employee like her. I know a few real estate companies and HR departments that could use her work ethic and a quality employee like her.”

“Our associate Josh was very friendly and perfessional, he explained what he was going to do before doing it.
When we returned the truck Josh asked how everything went and if there was any issues. I told him the tire pressure light came on, he said they would correct it immediately. The whole office and personnel were nice and friendly. The space was big enough to comfortable park the trucks and the building was nice and clean.”
