“The lady that runs this place is professional, courteous and gets the job done right. Used them twice in the past week, couldn't be happier with service I received.”

“The lady who helped me, I believe her name is Glenda, was AMAZING! I had a bad experience at a different U-haul location. When I arrived to get my rental, there was no one there in the office. They left a note with a number, which I called, and the gentleman said he was out making deliveries. I called the 5351 Augusta Road location and Glenda was immediately on top of it. I highly recommend this location! Excellent communication and excellent customer service! The truck was very clean and the air conditioning was better than my own car! We really appreciated that on such a hot day that we were moving.”
