Every time I have a question someone is there to help. Bryan has been amazing when it comes to any of my business banking needs. The branch manager (I'll insert her name once i figure out the correct spelling) is absolutely amazing as well!!! The tellers here are very knowledgeable and really get to know you. They know what my business is before I enter the branch. The fact that they know my business is very comforting. I know my banking is in good hands. When I call the branch an actual employee from the branch answers! No 1800 number is needed! Seriously, if you're over "online" banking and it's lack of service, United Bank is where it's at! I do not regret switching banks at all. We switched from Truist and the differences are night and day! In a good way!!”
“CNB is the bank I currently use for all my banking needs. I like the whole 'small town boys' bank idea. The only issue I've come across is that they are only located in Conway & MBSC. So before leaving this area to travel, be sure you have all your personal banking done! LOLI've used other banks around but have found CNB to the friendliest. They are much more personable.”

“I've been trying to get a checking & savings account at a reputable bank for a while now, but I kept getting turned down due to past accounts that I had over drafted and never took care of it as a young man with no responsibility or care for the affect it would have later in life. Finally I got approved for checking & savings with Anderson Brothers Bank, they didn't even ask me about the past mistakes, before giving me a opportunity. I couldn't be more grateful for it. “A local bank that takes care of its customers, but which also has national connectivity. When all is said and done, if you have a need you can go to a local branch of the Conway National Bank, and the staff (who live in the same town!) will help you in person. Try that with an online bank!”

“Everytime you need the ATM it is broken, on a Thursday morning ...... did someone drain it overnight. Unlikely . I love td bank for the most part but the atms are their achiles heels about as reliable as mcdonalds ice cream machines. Not an isolated incident either. Sad part is I just wanted to deposit some extra $ on my way to work. I don't have time during the day with my job to just stop and run to the bank either which is why many need the machine. Maintenance outages need to be when the bank is open”
