“Very clean and easy and helpful texts and notifications for billing and updates. Charlie in the office was super nice and professional. While it is not the closest to downtown Charleston, it was no more than 15 minutes to get there and the price was just right. Highly recommend.”

“Management at the Maybank location has always been helpful and super responsive. Easy to get to and clean area in and around the storage unit. Moved to a different storage company as needed a smaller unit that wasn’t available. What prompted the downsize and move was because of the 30%+/- increase in monthly rent after ~ 3 or 4 months. Seemed a bit excessive. Would be better if provide customers a bit of price certainty.”

“Due to a miscommunication between my husband and I, we ended up renting a unit in the wrong facility. We were trying to rent in the same unit as my in laws. And as I went to go to the storage unit, realized it was the wrong unit. The customer service behind the desk were SOO understanding and helpful. I was already stressed out about the move and they were so professional. Called me back multiple times to let me know about the reimbursement process. If we weren’t worried about proximity to my in-laws, I would have stayed with them. So I absolutely recommend them!!”
“This move was about sending food prep gear back after an event. The team showed up early and started by matching lids, trays, and containers so nothing would be left behind. Big items were loaded first, then smaller ones were packed around them. When the truck started filling up, they made space by moving things around. John had already talked to the venue, so the drop-off went fast and without any issues.”

“I definitely give this place a 5 star rating only because of the 5star help we got and I'm so sorry I can't remember her name but I can only assume it was Miss Kathy because of the other comments I read from this young lady's past and present customers ...I was very happy with the help she gave us / them and how she went out of her way to help my friend find the right storage space he and his son needed even though my buddy was being a bit of a pain and was making things a little bit difficult ... that sweet lady kept going out of her way and even measured each space, unit by unit so he could see the measurements with his own eyes and after 4 or so we / he and the public storage property manager finally found the one that made him happy . As hard as we / he made things on her I was just waiting for her to just give up and show us the way out but instead she went unit by unit with a smile and even a chuckle or two for us , doing her best to keep the mood light even though we were all clearly frustrated and even a little sweaty by the end , yet she stayed very friendly and professional. I could not thank her enough so my apologies on my late review but I told you I would make sure to leave one today for you and I hope you are there every time we have to stop by just so we can get a chance to say hi to you again ... We really appreciate your hard work and willingness to go out of your way to help a couple of old guys who couldnt tell apple's from oranges, appreciate it .... Keep being you !!! 5stars !!!”
