The employees at the Customer Service Desk also go above and beyond to help my husband and I with exchanges and returns as new do-it-yourselfers who often get into projects that are a bit beyond our skill level.”
“Home Depot is a pretty good store to go to for hardware supplies, tools, etc.
Sometimes they just don’t have enough of the item. I am looking for which is a bummer.
Or the Home Depot website inventory is way way off which is a real bummer”
“We came to this store on back to back days and both times we had to wander the store for several minutes to find someone to help us, which was unfortunate. However, on both days, Quentin came to our aid and was very knowledgeable in the pieces of plexiglass I needed and was very patient on all the questions I asked. When we returned the next day with the correct measurements, he was happy to cut the plexiglass for us and confirmed multiple times the dimensions we needed, which I appreciated. Quentin provided great customer service and turned our experience into what would have been disappointing into something I was very happy with. Attached is a photo of the project I was working on and am very excited to use that plexiglass as the finishing protective touch.”
