“As a former manager , and the company has been sold over a year ago. We do everything by the book in Storage rental laws. People confuse certification letters with certified letters. By law we can mail certification letters thru the postal service. If a tenant moves or changes a number that is up to them to keep in contact with the company. The auction's is public, but in the notice that runs in the papers for 2 weeks states we have a right to remove the unit off the auction block or not sell it. We also have a right to remove people off the property that are causing a problem! We work with our customer when it was own by the previous owner. All storage business do not want to sell these units, we don't get back rent back. And we value all our customers, but when your behind and most ppl send a family member to buy that unit for nothing, yes we will stop you from bidding and pull the unit, we have that legal right.”
