He didn’t try to sell me in any fancy cases or chargers, he knew I was in a hurry and assisted me appropriately. Even though they were busy he was calm and collected and it really stood out to me. “I received exceptional customer service at this location! I originally came in and spoke with Alexis about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and transparent with all of the information we discussed. She took her time and explained the current promotions and what they offer if we decided to switch. There was no pressure from her and she was easy to understand with the information she gave.
I came back in at another date after my information didn't transfer everything to my new device and worked with Raymond. He was very patient and helpful with getting mine and my son's devices up and running. We were there for over an hour and not once did we feel like we were an inconvenience to him. He was incredibly kind to my son and engaged with him while he waited on the information to transfer over.
I also noticed that the other employees were welcoming and helpful with the customers as they came in. Everyone was greeted and assisted within seconds.

“Great service. I brought my grandfather to the cricket store in Greer, his phone was about to give up. When we arrive the rep there Jenifer, was very helpful and sweet. When we first got there her system was not working. She advised up it was “company wide” this was on 12/1 around 10:30 a.m. my grand was nervous because she couldn’t sell him a phone due to the system and on top of that, his phone was 3% from giving out and not working anymore. Luckily I had a spare phone. Jenifer explained that we could put his sim in that device therefore he could still have a working phone until the system came back up. Jenifer also provided my grandpa with her telephone number, so she told him that she would keep trying the system. Once it came back she would call him and make this a fast process once he came back. Within 30 minutes she was calling. He went back to the store and he was in and out within 5 minutes satisfied with not only the phone, but with the service and hospitality Jenifer showed him from the beginning of the sale all the way to the little bumps they had to get his device. Overall I recommend the service there specifically if the young lady name Jenifer is there. Very attentive sweet young lady.”

I stop here often because it’s on the ride home to my apartment. I usually prefer another gas station but this one is convenient so I’ve been giving it a shot.

Gas prices are up!!! $3.69-3.79 a gallon! ?

Convenience was key on the days I stopped to fill up here and I can’t even say I remember the clerk telling me about the introductory discount on gas for signing up for the 7 rewards program…which is FREE!! ?

However, on a day when I wanted and needed a discount because I had just come from the grocery store where I found out that an 18 count of eggs was almost $5 ???‍♀️?…I was grateful to see the discounted cost per gallon that I didn’t have to ask for but was just applied because I was a member.

Also, the staff is always nice to me and professional. Additionally the store and parking lot are always well kept. Can’t speak for the restrooms yet…but I’ll check it out one day and update. ?”

“It's a 7-Eleven... I mean the title says it all, this is 100% a 7-Eleven! The store features everything you have come to expect from the store and I believe properly delivers on every expectation. The store has kind employees and clean enough restrooms. If you want to go to a gas station... this is definitely a better choice than most, but like I said it's a 7-Eleven, they are not trying to deliver 5 star service and selections and notably do not, as far as gas stations in the area go though, this is the best one Solid”
