“I have metro PCs and I upgraded to a new phone and it didn't want to work and metro said they couldn't help me so I had to go to T-Mobile and they had my phone working in 10 mins. They were very helpful and friendly, I will go back to this T-Mobile store when we switch to T-Mobile”

She took her time and showed her how to use her phone but still let me know that I was seen and heard. Talking about multitasking! She mastered that! I am pleased that we are now Cricket customers.”
