“I ordered a phone screen last online for my sons phone, and when I got it today, it was the wrong one. I was devastated!
I was up in arms on what to do and how I could get my son‘s phone fixed today as I promised. Luckily the doctors were in, and they came through for me! They went ahead and did an emergency operation on my son‘s phone and the procedure went perfectly. They did a beautiful job and his phone is all better now!
It’s usable, and the screen is brand new! How’s that for top notch? I highly recommend these guys and I will never go anywhere else again For device services.”

“I cannot thank Shana Cobbs enough for the incredible customer service she provided me during one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had switching from AT&T to T-Mobile. The associate at the Sam’s Club T-Mobile kiosk created a huge mess with my account and left me dealing with a complete nightmare.
Thankfully, Shana stepped in and completely turned the situation around. She was patient, understanding, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me fix all the issues that were caused. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and work through every problem until it was finally resolved.
What stood out the most was her kindness and willingness to help when she easily could’ve brushed the situation off since she wasn’t the one who caused the problems in the first place. She went above and beyond to clean up someone else’s mistakes and made me feel valued as a customer the entire time.
T-Mobile truly needs more employees like Shana. She deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service, professionalism, and dedication to helping people.”

“I went in looking for a deal for my kids for Christmas and I found one. Beth was so friendly and patient with me. When I first walked in, she was helping a elderly lady with her phone. She took her time and showed her how to use her phone but still let me know that I was seen and heard. Talking about multitasking! She mastered that! I am pleased that we are now Cricket customers.”
“This by far has been the best place that I have been to go to for excellent customer service. Taylor was the associate that helped me to resolve all my issues. She even downloaded all my new equipment and set it up, all I had to do was plug it o when I got home. I had been to several T-Mobile stores, with absolutely no help from other associates. I spoke to customer service on the phone, and Wilder recorded 2 stores in Florence Sc. I drove an hour to Florence, I went to the first store but it would have been at least a 2 hour wait, so I drove to this location, and I got the right in, no waiting! Taylor absolutely took care of me! So if you need a great store who went above and beyond, I 100% recommend this store! Thank you Wilder, and Taylor for restoring my faith in T-Mobile again!”
