“I cannot thank Shana Cobbs enough for the incredible customer service she provided me during one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had switching from AT&T to T-Mobile. The associate at the Sam’s Club T-Mobile kiosk created a huge mess with my account and left me dealing with a complete nightmare.
Thankfully, Shana stepped in and completely turned the situation around. She was patient, understanding, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me fix all the issues that were caused. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and work through every problem until it was finally resolved.
What stood out the most was her kindness and willingness to help when she easily could’ve brushed the situation off since she wasn’t the one who caused the problems in the first place. She went above and beyond to clean up someone else’s mistakes and made me feel valued as a customer the entire time.
T-Mobile truly needs more employees like Shana. She deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service, professionalism, and dedication to helping people.”
