“Ever since Public Storage took over this business it has been downhill. It used to be very clean and in very good working order. I tried to get into my unit this morning and none of the three doors are working. They also do not staff the building during normal business hours. You have to call into an 800 number and you just get computer after computer. Impossible to talk to a real human. It is air conditioned but I believe they're leaving it on a little over 80°.
Update 8/6: Tom reached out to me from Public Storage to address some of my concerns after I wrote the review. Prior to them taking over this business it was run more like a family system and now that its corporate there are certain standardization that they have to meet. He adressed all my concerns and I appreciate him taking the time to call.”

“I recently used this facility for a few months and couldn’t be more satisfied with the units and the management. The prices are very competitive and they don’t charge you for the full month is you leave before the end of your monthly term. Nicky is more than helpful, and she knows her job. She’ll help coordinate with movers and give sound advice on moving/storage concerns. This facility is right near the highway, on a dead end street with little or no traffic. I saw people mention bugs in other reviews, I came across a few but I don’t think you can do much about that given the influx and departure of tenants.They spray once a month to control critters so just be sure to seal boxes and such. Overall a great experience with Nicky who was a tremendous help with my move. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I’m from out of state. I was referred to this storage business. I called and spoke to Sam and he was very informative. He answered all of my questions. He did assure me of the safety and security of my belongings. It’s also really clean here at the storage units. I just want to add that I’m big on great customer service. “First month was not free... It's the first "full month" so unless you're getting your unit on the first don't expect the first month to be free. Otherwise folks are pleasant and, to be fair, it does say "first full month" though I would understand even that to be a month starting when you got the unit”
