We got the prints right away. We didn’t have to wait like other places. Also, the price was much cheaper than your normal CVS or Walgreens options. Support your locals!”

They’re extremely professional, efficient, and friendly - even when there’s long lines you don’t wait long because they are doing their due diligence to ensure that all their customers are well taken care of. “I needed to process a Macy’s return. This was the perfect location for a quick drop off. This is an access point, so make sure that you already have your shipping label and a sealed box. I am a little spoiled because other drop off locations have tape and a shipping label holder to protect the label. Nonetheless, I bought a package of shipping tape from which was still convenient. I secured my return and quickly checked out within 10 minutes and was able to get a text email copy of the receipt so that my return was processed. This was super convenient for me because I do not like driving far.”

“Went to Ballantyne post office and stood in a line that did not move for 30 minutes before I left. Drive down to this little spot and got all my packages mailed off in under 15 mins. The BP guy handled the transaction. Put the priority mail stickers on just like at the Ballantyne post office. No line. Easy to find parking. Even got cheaper SC gas while I was there. If my packages don’t get there, I’ll update this review.”

“I spoke to someone at this station about a 45-lb box that the driver left on the ground floor instead of bringing up to my door on floor 3, and they actually had the driver come back out and redeliver to my door. Impressed and grateful! :o)”
“Hi ?there ur Postal Rte? user here...I have been with this company 2010/11 AMAZING place.. my 26yr old will come ?from uptown CLT to get candy & mail important items they track everything u send out.. USPS is send out notices last year not to mail gift cards, or checks SMH..A TIP AFTER THE HOLIDAYS get new ATM cards... U can't be too careful..Postal Route ? keep up the good work !! ?”
