“I have visited this location twice now. The first visit, I had a package to return, and while they could have charged me for extra materials, they showed me how to package my return properly and managed my order without a fee. They were the kindest couple, and very willing to help me during this busy time of year. The second visit, I needed to send packages to 4 different locations, and they were extremely efficient, patient and kind. When I walked out of the store, I mistakenly left a very important item in a box to be thrown away. I received a phone call that same day and was informed that they had discovered the item and would keep it safely locked away until I could return. Grateful and relieved, I arrived the next day to find that they had done exactly what they had said they would do. I have experienced that the owners are honest, kind and very hardworking. Grateful to have them in our community.”
