“After not getting a USDGC shirt in time at the tournament, I ordered one online. After waiting a week with know updates I called, and they informed me that my order had gotten lost in the shuffle. The gentleman I talked to was so nice and helpful. He informed me that unfortunately they no longer had my order in stock but would happy to send a different color shirt. I chose but to my surprise I got my original chosen color in the mail! On top of that, I made mention that I wanted a certain color when I first bought but it was out of stock online when I bought. In the package was the color I mentioned! I am so thankful for the great service received!”

“I've never had such a good experience. They listened to my issues, put me on the treadmill to check out my gate, then grabbed 3 shoes. They made sure to explain what they thought I needed in a sneaker and listened to my feedback on each one to make sure I was in the best shoe. At least 5 more groups of people came in while I was there and each person got individualized attention. If they didn't get to a person right that moment, they were sure to acknowledge them and apologize for the wait. When I went to purchase my shoes, they told me last year's model was in stock in my size and on sale if I wanted them instead. They are truly 100% about getting people in the right fit for them. “Went to Greater Golf yesterday wanting to buy a new set of irons. I haven't really played much over the last several years but wanted to get back into it.First impression of the store was that it was packed with product! They have everything including a large selection of new and used clubs. I wandered for maybe a minute and Fred, the owner, introduced himself, made me feel at home. He asked me a couple of questions got me set up with Dixon the golf pro. Dixon was awesome, very patience...watched my swings and tested out several different clubs in my price point until I had one that was perfect. Dixon had to adjust the lengths and the loft so I figured it would be a week or so and I could go back and pick them up. Left the store extremely happy with the experience.At 7:00, Fred (remember the owner)...called me...that's right called me...and thanked me for my business and told me Dixon had busted his tail and got my clubs ready that day! I am so impressed with Fred and his staff, don't go anywhere else...these guys are awesome and you won't be disappointed.”
