“Salesperson was attentive but needs some sales training and how to size someone's feet. When you're buying a $200 pair of shoes and the salesperson hands you a shoe laced like a $5 pairs of shoes it's kind of a turn off. It's a good thing my feet love the high-end New balance shoes. I wanted to pull the laces tight when trying them on but couldn't because I was pretty sure I was going to buy them. It completely runs the laces and the look of the shoe with twisted laces and without the over and thru pattern. Thank you New balance I'm walking on clouds again!”
“I came in to Run-In to figure out what kind of insoles I would need for a new pair of shoes I got. Jeremy was super helpful and had me use their foot analyzing machine. It was great getting recommendations based on the analytics instead of there being any guesswork.They were super gracious about calling a different location to put something on hold for me that they didn't have in stock.Super great experience, will definitely go here again next time I need shoes.”

My 2 year old was not with me when I got the shoes for him and they were way too wide for his lil feet... went back a couple days later with shoes and receipt and Shoe Carnival took them back, full refund, no issues. “After having an issue with the Newberry store, I called this store to explain my situation. The man on the phone was so kind! He looked through his inventory and advised me of the football cleats available! He was willing to hold them until I got there. Unfortunately, I got in a wreck and informed him that I couldn’t come! He was very concerned and made sure we were okay! My son and son’s father got in contact with the store and were able to pick up the same cleats. I will forever shop here! 10/10….I recommend!”

“Last January I was not feeling good about myself (confidence, self esteem, etc.) over the prior year or so. I was overweight and didn’t have a suit that fit me well, and I was going to a nice celebration for the local high school boosters at the Armory. I had walked past the Sock Ministry many times and even popped in just to say hello. Well, I never thought a place as nice as that would be for me. But I decided to ask and Larry was the best really. He found the fit and “right color combo” that fit me and I literally felt better within maybe 30-45 minutes. The shirt and tie were perfect; I was super jazzed to be honest. Btw the celebration was wonderful and I felt confident.One of their mottos is “not dressed up…just dressed” and I felt exactly that way. And it was priced reasonably. I’ll refer anyone to Larry or Mario. Any time…any age.Thanks again, Larry.”
