“Had a hard time finding items for my mom 50 surprise birthday dinner and I ran into ms Cindy. She asked what I needed and what my mom liked, we talked and before I knew it my mom had her birthday outfit and one to change into after. I must say this was one of the most comfortable and best interactions. Needless to say my mom loves her outfit and she loves to show it off to her friends. “With so many discounts and sales it's hard to know what the price will be at the register. The cashier was super patient with me as I checked pricing on some items before starting my transaction. She advised how much I would save if I opened a charge account. I was reluctant and she didn't press the point. When I was trying to decide about spending additional money for one last pair of pants, she gently inquired about the hesitation, and explained that if I applied for the credit card, that pair of pants would basically be free with the immediate 35% discount. She was very patient as I thought it through and did some calculations and decided to go ahead with the credit card application. I wish I got her name now. She was awesome. And she didn't speak so fast that I had to ask what she just said with every sentence. It was a very pleasant transaction experience. I generally go to a different Kohl's location, but will be happy to use this Woodruff road store since they have staff like her.”

“I want to give a very personal and heartfelt thank you to the Greenville Mr. Knickerbocker. My older brother was admitted to the ICU and rapidly declined. My mom wanted a pair of Clemson socks to replace the yellow, non-slip socks from the hospital. Knowing our time was limited and without family help, neither of us were able to leave the hospital to get any in time or find someone to help. I called this location and asked if there was any way I could buy a pair and pay whatever was needed to have it delivered to the hospital. Shortly after, I received a text from someone arranging to bring them. When I met her outside, I learned she was the owner. She picked up a pair on her way and delivered them to me free of charge, and also took the time to pray for my family. Summer, thank you so much. Although my brother passed, I am very thankful we had some comfort from being able to make him comfortable and sport his favorite team. I’ve always been a big fan, but even bigger now ❤️”

“Update to review! Picked up suit, I was expecting at least a dust bag but I think that's extra. The tailor did okay. He was supposed to move buttons (which he marked) but didn't move. The pants ended up being tight on calves. It was tapered but it looked odd how tight it is compared to thighs. We have to make it work because we have an event today but I would recommend giving yourself a lot more time before an event in case you have to do additional adjustments. For small tailoring like hems and arms- def do it there. For bigger jobs, I'd find a different tailor that's not so rushed.”
