“Wow what a cute store! I found them on Tik Tok and then messaged them on IG. I am in California and asked if they could ship to me they said yes. The owner then started sending me pictures of items I would like that would with the color theme I told them. They were so kind and had patience for all my questions. (I purchased a lot!!) The team was so helpful. They shipped me everything and it arrived on time and not damaged. Soo, happy I found this store!”

“Excellent place for mainly women's clothing at good prices. Lots of selection. They now have a fairly large section of "As seen on TV" home items. But I go there mainly for women's clothes. ?. They also have a men's clothing section with plenty of casual and business shirts, casual pants, good-looking slacks, and so on. Brands include Haggar and Van Heusen. Ties, casual jackets, There's also a big & tall men's section.”
“I go there for shoes. They got cool jackets, too. But you'd be surprised at how pricey some of it can be. And frankly, if they don't clean the shoes first, why charge $60? Most of the time you can find a decent pair of new-ish ones for under $40.”

“I made a stop into WHBM yesterday. It had actually been a few years since I had shopped in store. I always recommend them to people needing business attire or more upscale clothing for events. My wardrobe was due for a little refresh and decided to stop by while shopping on that side of town. Kim immediately welcomed me once she saw I had picked a couple of things to try on. She set me up a dressing room and added items as I picked them. I asked about a size I did not see on the rack and she put it in the dressing room for me. She frequently checked on me and assisted with other sizes I needed so I could continue trying other items on. The whole experience was great and I look forward to working with her in the future. This is the shopping experience I enjoy. No pressure but nearby to help when needed. Highly recommend Kim to anyone who needs a little style advice and a great shopping experience.”

“My mom and I had the pleasure of shopping at this location after Christmas...the staff was knowledgable and helpful and the store was bright and inviting. They helped my mom with an exchange and a few more purchases ;) Later that evening, I noticed one of my earrings was missing and figured out that I must've lost it in the store. Judith answered my call and she and another of her colleagues searched, found it, and went above and beyond to make sure it was returned to me. I am very grateful to know customer service like this still exists. Thank you.”
“By far the best experience I’ve had!!! Bought 3 items a few days ago, and realized I picked up the wrong size. Went back in store today and the associates were so helpful finding the correct size and even price matched for what was bought during a sale that wasn’t going on anymore. They have about four racks of clearance at this location. Staff is always friendly and polite. One of my favorite stores since I was a teenager. Me and my mother shop here often.”
