“I never leave reviews but the lady working here is amazing and deserves recognition! I’m always nervous going to the post office because the people are rude. I drive the extra distance whenever I have a package to send out just because she’s so friendly and so so helpful. She’s always super quick and there’s never a long line whenever I go.”
“I have been to the Ladson PO a couple times in the past week. My experiences have been outstanding, I will not go to another SC postal office other than Ladson. In my latest Trip, Mary made the process seamless. She was nothing short of exemplary! She was professional,kind and patient. She has a vast knowledge of the PO because she has held so many res. I’m sure she was fantastic in her other roles and customer service is truly her passion. I was applying for a passport and I was very unfamiliar with the process. She seamlessly guided me through the minute I walked in the door. She is a true model of how postal office customer service should be followed. Thank You so much Mary, you are so appreciated!”
“All things considered, the service is good.and clerks are friendly.I see a weak spot, however, and I hope you take my advice. I just spent a solid half an hour trying to send tracking numbers to my customers. It took me way to long to complete this task on only three parcels because the ink on the receipt was faded to the point that I could not discern the difference between a 6 and a 5 or a 9 and a zero. Even with a magnifying glass I am not sure if I got the numbers correct. INK YOUR MACHINES! I don't get paid if I don't get these tracking numbers right.”

“They are usually very busy but it is usually not so bad after ppl on first shift around 9 go to work or after 2pm . The staff is friendly most times and likes to joke around. They do there jobs well. Atmosphere is usually busy and boring standing there when lines are long. Dont suggest mon or Fridays or around 12pm. They get swarmed with customers.
Small local post office. They have several ways to mail packages, self serve or drop box or staff. They have p.o. boxes and stamps and more”
