“I live downtown so the Spinx Market & Eatery has become a wonderful option for my cold brew fix. They have Methodical on tap and the GOOD ICE - if you know, you know. The staff is always kind and helpful and I always love to shop all the fun items they have from pottery to home decor and cute chotchkies! They have local flowers from Sassafras! The back patio is amazing with ample seating and they even have heaters for cool days and they have a clear wrap around it during winter months or inclement weather.”

“Came into the store when no one else was there, grabbed my snacks, headed to the front counter. There were a couple of associates back in the kitchen but I don’t think they saw me. A woman named Jordan/Cam was mopping the floors on the other side of the store, she saw me, dropped what she was doing, and came to check me out with a smile on her face. Most folks wouldn’t see this as extraordinary customer service, this is the expectation. But I saw it as extraordinary, she could have easily kept her head down and focused on her task. A conscious decision was made to serve the customer no matter what, those actions are why your customers return time and time again”

“Today has possible been quite the adventure, today my fiancé accidently threw my engagement ring in one of the outdoor trash bags when finding out he threw the ring away we went back in hopes that the trash had not been dumped. Worst case scenario, it was taken out 30 minutes prior to our arrival. We went inside in hopes that someone could let us go through the bags and one of the clerks (Tony B) took it in his hands and went outside in hopes to find it. He went through the whole bag of trash that consisted of pure filth as if his life depended on finding my ring. Sure enough he found my ring. There is nothing that I could do to thank him enough for taking the time out of his work day to help find my ring. Tony deserves so much more than just 5 stars as this is a moment that I feel none of us will forget!”

“Everything in a store is nice, but when you go into the bathrooms they are very nasty and disgusting... It seems like the women there do not want to clean the bathrooms so I don't think I will put my butt back on the toilet anymore until they change... Don't know why they have to roll their eyes at me because I told him that the bathroom is nasty They will see for theirself..”

“These 5 stars are for Sara in the Pharmacy! SHe went out of her way to help me with my new prescriptions, even after we realized that Walgreens was not contracted with my insurace. She told me that she just wanted to help make sure I received my prescriptions! She was awesome and we need more Sara's in the world!!!”

“My local CVS office Pelham rd in Greenville SC is one of the BEST pharmacy and CVS employees staffed! I feel like they all know me as pharmacies used to be able to provide that personal experience of the past. I will always recommend this CVS as this local store and the pharmacy staff are phenomenal!”
“The 2 ladies working on the inside were so nice I paid for gas at the pump and needed a receipt I really hated to go inside they were really busy, but I ask if I could get a receipt for the gas I had pumped outside and I really was expecting a NO right away but 1 of the woman continued to Ring people up and the other nice lady got me a receipt really fast and these days if you go into a gas station you don’t find good customer service or at least I don’t but these two ladies were above and beyond”

“I've only been there twice they were very helpful (I seen someone with ice cream and I kind of wanted one didn't know how to order it One of the staff came over help me figure out how to order it) very friendly cuz I walked around like I was lost because I was I've never been into a QT before I'm from a small town that doesn't have so much food options... The store looked clean.”

“Because a nurse practitioner administers the vaccine at The Minute Clinic, no prescription is required. I made an appointment for myself and my mother and received our vaccinations that day. Excellent care and information from the Nurse Practitioner who was on time, professional, and absolutely delightful.”

“Wednesday 6/11/25 at appx 10:30pm A young lady named Nicole was so helpful to me as I couldn’t get my Apple Pay to work.
After her and I made several attempts to get the payment through to no avail, she paid for my items and insisted I didn’t need to reimburse her. She told me to “ pay it forward” ! We need more Nicole’s on this earth! A true asset for any establishment lucky enough to have her as an employee…”

“I have been into this location about 6-7 times, always during the overnight shift. I should know his name, but the guy who works that shift is always very helpful, friendly and professional....
IE: purchase suggestions (last night I was grabbing energy drinks and he suggested the 7-11 brand - I've tried two of the flavors I purchased and love them...stopping by a 7-11 tonight to get more as they are only $1 right now) and
always seems to be hustling about the store stocking, making pizzas for doordashers, cleaning, etc. Also, I witnessed an interaction this employee had with a gentleman who seemed to be homeless...the kind and friendly manner in which he treated this gentleman was heartwarming.”

“I visit QT at least once a day. Great coffee.
I believe QT trains their employees to respect customers. If you sign up for the app and a program called QT pay, you’ll get discounted prices.
I rarely buy gas at this location cause the Wade Hampton location is cheaper. Today it’s .20/gal less. Doesn’t make sense to me but enough of a difference for me to travel there.
Overall great company.”
