“I stopped in today to replace my phone. I didnt do my due diligence and had little idea of what phone I wanted. The gentleman who approached me was extremely patient while decided on which phone to upgrade to. While finalizing the sale, my OCD triggered resulting in an unnecessarily complicated (and probably suspicious) exchange. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, courteous, and patient. I regret not getting his name but would like to extend my gratitude to him and this store as a whole.”

Its 2026 its not hard to do and Apple and Samsung have an easy process to transfer your info. Retail Stores are really for new sales, upgrades take forever and employees make no money for something any teenager can do at home. They work on commision! Corporations can't or won't hire enough help because it will hit their bottom line. It's the digital age, embrace it, if not then these conditions are what you should expect.
