“Jimmy is so knowledgeable and helpful. I upgraded my phone at the Easley Verizon and they messed everything up, I spent 5 hours trying to get them to fix everything and nothing. I went to the Powdersville TCC and Jimmy was able to fix everything within 30 minutes. I have been back in there several times with different issues and Jimmy and Rachel have always had the answers and we are in and out with 15-30 minutes. Can’t say enough good things about them.
