“I had an ugly experience with the Asheville store yesterday. I called Greenville with no further intent than asking for a phone call from the owner to make a suggestion about her POS machine in Asheville.
I was impressed by the manager on the phone. She genuinely wanted to help me. She could have just decided I wasn’t her problem but she went way over the top and above to not only listen to my experience but fix it. I was in genuine disbelief she was going to actually FIX the problem. This amazing manager bent over backwards to make things right. We rarely see this in retail, she is a true gem.
After helping me get my problems in Asheville squared away I promised to drive all the way to Greenville and start from scratch with my needs. I’m driving all the way from Buncombe County to Greenville because they are great. I could order whatever I need but I want to do business with this store now.
I hope the owner reads this and realizes we need this level of good service and good business etiquette in Asheville. We want a dance store we can feel happy doing business with. I’d prefer to support small business rather than the big online stores or Amazon. Now I’ll drive to Greenville when I can but I won’t always be able to do that.”

“Although I was not able to purchase anything or spend quality time in the store. Despite that, in the brief time I was able to spend in the shop, i was enraptured by the recherché selection of men's clothing. Enthralled by the ambiance of the store; the products, the décor, the gentleman working, and their outfits. All came together harmoniously to give the shop a unique and elegant experience. Please, for those who read this review, although I did not have full experience, I do hope you give them your time and visit. “My car died after having lunch nearby, and the owners/staff here were nice enough to let me hang out in the store to avoid the heat while I waited for a tow truck. I ended up replacing a pair of Sauconys while I was there. The staff here are a very nice and helpful group of folks.”

There was someone always asking if they could be of assistance and helped my husband find a particular shoe he was looking for. The store was clean and well stocked. It was a 180 experience compared to one of our first times there.”

“My cashier Sirr was very kind during my purchase, seemed enthusiastic to get my shoes from the back, made sure I knew my shoes were never tried on and never opened (which i’ve never had someone do), was sweet and friendly during checkout making sure i had my rewards account, got correct change and even provided friendly and personable conversation doing so. There was another taller associate(unsure of his name) who greeted me when i walked in, brought a great vibe to the store even while he was placing shoes on the shelf, was very friendly when i needed help and was offering help to others charismatically whilst they were shopping as well. Those two associates made it a pleasant experience to shop there even during busy tax free weekend, and I was out of there quickly with exactly what i needed and what felt like a breath of fresh air with their attentiveness and very apparent hospitality.”

“Huge store with lots of selection. Beautiful boots around every corner in every shape, color and size. Wonderful for western wear, formal or casual.
Unfortunately the staff working the day I stopped in weren't super friendly or helpful. Otherwise it would be an easy 5 stars! Unfortunate to see as a tourist without one of these stores local to me.”

“I took my great great (too many greats I know) 10 month old nephew to get his first pair of walking shoes. Tootsies Children’s Shoes Greenville had what I was looking for. The sales lady measured his foot, and showed us the shoe styles in his size. I originally wanted the laced white high top walking shoe, but his mother informed me that he messes with the laces on his shoes, so I got a pair with Velcro closings. The sales lady was friendly and helpful, she wrote down my nephew’s name and shoe size, and put that in their computer for future shoe purchases. He also got a pair of stride rite sandals, paid for by his cousin. The shoes are a little pricey, the baby sneakers were $60.42 and the sandals $56.18. Stop by and check them out they have a huge selection of children shoes, along with other items for children.”
