“So I'm out of town and needed a private banker for a deadline while here in HH. I'll tell you that online and over the phone it's impossible to find someone or book an appt- the app prevented me from booking. So I go in person to the "other" branch at Sea Pines and basically they tell me nothing can be done until maybe afternoon- not sure. She tells me try the other branch. I'll admit I was miffed only because I've been with WF since 1993 and felt somewhat dismissed. I drive to the Mathews Drive branch and as soon as I walk in Supermanager Lauren the Branch Ops Manager helps me, gets the job done within 15 minutes and I'm off on my way for the rest of my vacation, relieved. Thanks Lauren you rock!!!”

“Lauren is a rock star, she helped me in a pinch because sea pines only accepts cash. First went to the PNC next door, awful experience (would not help). Went to Wells, Lauren went out of the way to help even though I am not a Wells customer. Wells gained a new customer (will open a new account when we get back home) because of Lauren, if management sees this give her a raise, award, she exemplifies customer service.”
