“So I'm out of town and needed a private banker for a deadline while here in HH. I'll tell you that online and over the phone it's impossible to find someone or book an appt- the app prevented me from booking. So I go in person to the "other" branch at Sea Pines and basically they tell me nothing can be done until maybe afternoon- not sure. She tells me try the other branch. I'll admit I was miffed only because I've been with WF since 1993 and felt somewhat dismissed. I drive to the Mathews Drive branch and as soon as I walk in Supermanager Lauren the Branch Ops Manager helps me, gets the job done within 15 minutes and I'm off on my way for the rest of my vacation, relieved.
